Ashli Babbitt's Mother to Newsmax: My Daughter Was Murdered

Ashli Babbitt was a national hero. She was murdered. Who though has heard the words of her mother?

Put your self there that day. You want to protest. Your protest is over the election. Not on January 6, but on November 3, 2020. Time for all to cool down, yes?

But she knew time was trickling down. So she wanted to play a role in the protest.
Little did she suspect a cop with a gun would kill her in cold blood. Then he bragged he saved lives. What the hell was her death, saving her life?

Insurrection some shout? Why isn't that the charges made?

This cop will get away with it so long as Democrats have any say. This is far more important than stuff about Steve Bannon.

Justice still must be done.

Why not get a fund going to erect a statue to this dead woman as a tribute?

Now we know how Babbitt got radicalized. It's in the family. Shame that Newsmax has to politicize this personal tragedy, trying to make political hay out of it to further divide the country.

If her family thinks Babbitt's death was premeditated or that she died as the result of negligence (be it at the criminal or civil level) then her family has recourse to the US legal system as a means of obtaining justice/compensation. They think she was murdered? Fine. All they have to do is prove it in a court of law. They want compensation? Ditto. Either way they have have a chance to prove their claims and produce the evidence.

As for the 'hero' bit? That would imply she knowingly put herself in danger. If so again evidence is required.

Anything else is speculation.

 

Playing a role in a peaceful protest was certainly her right. Once it turned into a violent mob action she and everyone involved in destroying property, assaulting police officers and breaking through barriers put their own lives at risk. It is definitely a tragedy that she lost her life that day but she should have known that her actions were dangerous and illegal. I do not blame her mother for being upset that her daughter was killed but her anger should be directed to Trump and his minions who caused this travesty, not the policeman who was put in a bad position in having to face off with the violent mob that numerically outnumbered the police. Looking back, I think the police did a great job, otherwise many more people could have been killed.

 

The ones who are grave dancing are the OP and the disgusting Newsmax host interviewing her mom. They are exploiting this personal tragedy to further their Trump love and Biden hate, because they know how the mom feels about Biden. Red meet to the viewers, making them tune in again. Mission accomplished. In contrast, you don't see many Dems bringing up the Babbitt case.

No one else does, she committed a felony that injured officers — they had every right to shoot every one of them to prevent them from entering the Capitol. The only injustice is they allowed the facility to be breached.

Isn't it ironic how some people consider a person in a mob forcably entering our capital to try to overturn an election is considered a hero while a person quietly kneeling in protest during the National Anthem is considered an enemy of the state.

 

Ashli Babbit was a gullible, deluded, Qanon conspiracy theorist (making her a perfect example of a Trumper) who tragically got herself killed as part of the mob that violently attacked Capital police and threatened members of Congress on Jan. 6. Suggesting she was a national hero displays disgusting disrespect to the real heroes........the cops defending the Capital.

 

The way they idolize criminals merely for being black makes me keep this up for Ashli family sake. Their daughter is a hero.

The Air Force turned down her getting a Military funeral and burial. Biden could have changed that.
