No. Pandering to the minority that commits the most crime and murder is a recipe for our downfall.

Having lived in and regularly drive thru Philadelphia, no one ever worries about being pulled over for just minor or major driving offenses. You could blow thru 3 red lights with no tags and you won't get pulled over, they don't have time for that crap. They focus on the crazy high crime rate.

They will use these minor offenses when criminal activity has taken place for PC to stop criminals.

Yes, I know that happens. Cops would also find a bunch of criminals if they go into people's houses without suspicion of a crime being committed. How is that any different from what you're arguing?

If cops have a legit reason to go into a house should they ignore the dead bodies on the ground?

Since you don't answer the question, it suggests to me you accept the answer is a busted taillight doesn't make it any more likely there's other crime being committed. Cops don't have a legit reason to search a car for a busted taillight, as I understand it. They need evidence of some other crime - pot smell, for example. So in that case, you're wanting cops to have the chance to give cars a once over in a situation where they have no suspicion of wrongdoing. How is that different from having them go door to door not because of any suspicion, but just to see if they can smell pot through the door?

'Cos 72% of vehicle code violations are committed by blacks, now you gonna disproportionately make them pay more. A very racist way to increase the revenue! :D

You do realize a lot of people talk their way out of tickets, especially pretty girls with a nice rack. Now they're going to get tickets they might not have.

Don't you understand that these mythical fines are not going to take place? It's just another way that criminals are allowed to get away with committing crimes because some people don't like the fact that blacks commit crimes at a far higher rate than anyone else.
