For many, the "rot" is in their noggins.

The failed casino operator became very, very verklempt when most Americans dumped the loser, so much so that he needs to lie about it, incite his goons to violence against police, and lash out viciously in vendettas against Republicans who respect the democratic voice of the People.

So, did you defend Obama because of the way he was treated too?

He wasn't treat in the same manner at all. You know better than that. I would have had he been treated the same.

Hmm, sounds like a little bit of partisanship to me.
Hounded for years to produce evidence that he was born in the US and even after he made his birth certificate public the ''birther'' rot continues to this day. As do the accusations of him being a gay, Muslim with a transsexual wife.
You don't think any of this is unacceptable and worthy of defence?

Show me where the media accused him of any of these things.

Hell no, I'm not trawling around the likes of Breitbart's and Gateway Pundit's blogsites.
I'm pretty confident anyone who cares to look will find them though.
Also, wouldn't be even a little surprised to find out Hannity and Tucker have repeated the lies either.

Nice changing of the goalposts though. I almost didn't notice it.

He didn't change the goalposts, he was making a point which you clearly missed. Trump was attacked non stop by the the establishment press for years. Obama? That just never happened. No major US media organizations gave any credence to birtherism, gay-muslim, or anything else. Breitbart and Gateway Pundit? Those are niche websites, not major media outlets. And frankly I doubt they wrote positively about any of that. You're on the wrong track.

I don't know if you know this or not, But Trump wanted to be a dictator. Trump said that he could do anything when was President and did so no matter what anybody thought. I think Trump was behind this anti-abortion law in Texas which this certain law would take certain people's rights away just like that. There will be more protests nationwide because of rights being taken away. Do we deserve a Democracy like that? No we don't. Trump should have never been voted into office if we knew what he'd do when he got in there. This country was put into chaos because of him and he wants to be a dictator and that is something this country doesn't need and it's something we can do without. We tolerated Trump too long and We can't tolerate any longer. Trump is nothing more than a sadistic child that wants his way. How do you explain that he was banned from Twitter and Facebook? This country can do without the dictatorship of Trump and the majority of the people spoke their minds and did so in the way that was right. Trump doesn't deserve to be President of the United States anymore and I mean it. Enough said.

If it is a choice between continuing the Biden or Harris “disaster of the month club”, and Trump, would you choose to sit back and watch the country unravel under Biden/Harris?

why the hell would we limit it between those two losers? How about we get new people, who are not as hopelessly divisive as Biden and trump? There will be no national unity with either one of them in office.

I hope you know why Trump was voted out of office. Trump wanted to be a dictator that couldn't be voted out of office. Adolf Hitler was a dictator that couldn't be voted out of office and killed himself during the end of World War 2. That was a piece of world history. Just so you'll know.

Because you only get one primary vote. Or in California’s case, one measily slip of paper just like the ones mailed to every “last known address” on file.

What law enforcement has declared there was an insurrection and who has been charged with insurrection?

What law enforcement has found Trump or anyone else was involved in what occurred at the Capital?

FBI finds no evidence that Trump and his allies were directly involved with organizing the violence of the Capitol riot: report
    https://news.yahoo.com/fbi-finds-no-evidence-trump-153636457.html

We do know VP Harris supported the insurrection that was occurring in Portland and Seattle, does that mean she must resign?

Trump's prior White House lawyer Pat Cipollone and his deputy Pat Philben have already testified before the Grand Jury last Spring and the J6 Committe this summer.
Now back to the Grand Jury tomorrow.

"Former Trump lawyers Pat Cipollone and Pat Philbin are meeting with a federal grand jury for their investigation into events surrounding the January 6 Capitol riot. NBC's Ali Vitali has details."

That is certainly what many Republicans are hoping for, even as Democrats salivate at the prospect of his recidivism.

Having lost the popular vote by 2.9 million in 2016, and by over 7 million in 2020, the serial casino bankrupt's House of Victim Cards is collapsing faster than an Ikea outhouse in a Kansas twister, an ominous prelude to an even greater margin in 2024, and the GOP, despite the pretense of outrage, welcomes his imminent, multiple waterlooloos as reality vanquishes fantasy.

The Cry Baby Loser is plunging at a rate that the rabid smear campaign against the President can't possibly match.

President Biden would defeat Trump if the 2024 presidential election were held today,
according to a Wall Street Journal poll released Thursday.
Of course, it's still only a wild guess who will be the nominees for the next presidential election, and octogenarians may not be the best choices to embrace the future, but the various exposures of Trumpery dominating headlines leading into the 2022 reckoning is Trump's gift to Democrats.

Of course, Trump or no Trump, the (R)adicals have managed to abort their "red wave" this year.

I think Trump will announce a run for 2024, though. He probably thinks it will shield him from further investigation and prosecution. He never was too bright.

Something similar is happening also in Italy.
The Left believes to be able to turn the table and win next general elections.

Actually it's not about intention of vote, but it's about who will go to vote.
Historically leftist electors tend to vote more than rightist electors: this is a "natural" advantage of the Left.
The right can win persuading a part of the Rightists to vote. They are those Rightists who think "even if Dems won nothing will change for us".

Usually that's reality. No Democratic President has reduced the social inequality in US.
This time, with the ongoing global crisis I cannot exclude that Dems could run Socialist like policies [damaging those Rightists who usually don't vote].

On the other hand, since I've been among the early supporters of Trump and I do know how "pure" Republicans consider him, I can understand that the defeat of Trump [and his buddies] could be welcomed by the GOP.

America has got an immobile two parties system, so for the GOP to lose is not a problem [like it hasn't been a problem to lose for the Dems].

    So ...
