The real issue, as I understand it, is whether we are justified in basing beliefs/actions/etc. in old testament statements. This can be explored by thinking about owning a Canadian. Apologising about statements about homosexuality just avoids the question. Sure I do, I just don't see the merit in letting people avoid the issue at hand.
I wouldn't mind owning a Canadian. They're used to the cold, so I could send them out for firewood when the mercury drops below zero. They also have a funny accent
The Holy Bible allows you to have Canadian and Mexican and Russian slaves - males and females. But no Spanish or French slaves etc etc ...
I'd definitely go with the Canadians and Russians. They're better at cold, Canadians talk funny, and Russians are crazy. Hard pass on French, Spaniards, and Mexicans. Okay ... maybe a Spaniard would be fun. They're kinda whacky
Because Dudley Doright will smash your skull in. Then, you'll have to face a healthy Michael J. Fox on the hockey arena.
