You misspelled victimizers. They were the ones attacking. The facts are so clear that while panels of lawyers say this should never have gone to trial but political pressure now endangers the innocent.

What life saving situation can be resolved with a band aid exactly?

Yes. I'm surprised you didn't know that. The have the same level of training as someone who is a career EMT. There is no difference except one is paid to treat people and the other is not paid.

Is there any evidence that the rioters who were shot by Kyle R. had met the same certifications and qualifications as genuine EMTs?
Anyone can go out and buy a hat that says "EMT" but that doesn't make them a real EMT.

    Thanks,

Doesn't "EMT" get used colloquially to describe someone as a first aid provider?

    He does not "promote" abortion.

He does recognize that the US is comprised of more than Catholics.....as he should.

No. The people you may be referring to are known as "first responders".

What about first aid people on standby at a concert?

Depends on their level of training and certification. The could be either EMT's or paramedics. The old days of someone putting on a band aid or picking up someone are almost non-existent.

People die at concerts. The last concert I went to was "The Irish Rovers"... it was great.

Not in my world. But, then again, I spent a year in Iraq on staff with Firefighters and other First Responders.

Sorry didn't happened. If someone provokes you to violent rage by preventing you from shoving a flaming dumpster into a gas station you needed to be in jail instead of out on the streets.

Alright, but you acknowledge that someone skilled in CPR could save someone's life in a situation less serious than your wife's?

So you would've been complaining on September 11 if people who were not actually EMT's were identifying themselves as EMT's so that people could understand that they can provide medical aid?

has anyone on this thread ever done such a thing, it just seems like a weird thing to even think of doing

I think it should become a crime, judge tampering or something

No because they were acting under the good samaritan act; they didn't identify themselves as EMT's. All Rittenhouse had to do was to advise them that he was there to "help" and not as an EMT. That's like falsely identifying your self as a police officer; that too is against the law.

So claiming you are an EMT is justification for threatening someone? Rittenhouse never provoked anyone. He was attacked without any justification. The system works... except in California and select other states where convicted felons are freed when arrested and allowed to drive their cars into a parade, killing 5 and injuring 40. By the way, was the murderer that did that... white?

Why can't someone like Rittenhouse operate under the same Act?

How do you know? Were you there on 9/11?

Why would someone falsely identifying as a police officer?

I don't care if he identified himself as a National Historic Monument... he was threatened with violence and defended himself. That's all there is to it.

Yes, but @gamewell45 takes issue with Kyle identifying as an EMT.

Who cares what he identified himself as? What difference does it make? How does that have any bearing at all on the fact that he was attacked and he defended himself?
