The great thing about 2020 is that Republicans were able to identify so many voters that came out for Trump and the Republicans. We're going to keep all those voters in 2022, and add a vast number of independents that regret voting for Biden. Biden will lose 15-20% of people that voted for him in 2020 regret their vote, and a significant amount will go to the Republican candidate. Many Democrats and lean left Independents won't even show up.

1. Rittenhouse was the victim of three criminals who wanted either to murder him or at least violate and injure him.
2. By defending himself he became a victim of a state attorney who doent protect law and order, but wanted fame. You dont have to be an expert for US law, self-defense is allowed in bearly all states of the world and this is THE example of self-defense. There wasnt the slightest doubt, no state attorney would have come forward with a ridiculous claim like that under normal circumstances.
3. He became a victim of the usual "woke" twitter lynching mob, in which people try to portray him as murderer against any facts and they know its a lie. I guess Biden's remarks were diffuse enough that he should be safe from consequences, in that way I would guess you are right. For other tweets by other prominent people I would not wonder if there were consequences in the future, here I must admit no expert for US laws. It would be a shame for the U.S. if there wont be any consequences for this pathetic trial to intimidate and influence judges and juries.
Biden is imo clearly guilty of that too, but his remarks I read of were clever enough he will have no problem to get away with it in court.
