Will they be doing an investigation where individual 2 and our own government including the involvement of former setting president 3 and setting president 4 tried to attempt a real coup against a duly elected president Individual 1 ?

Never said there were insurrection charges, in fact insurrection isn't even a legal term to describe criminal charges. The Insurrection Act gives the executive branch legal authority to deploy the military/national guard in cases such as the Jan 6 riots. In regards to criminal charges, the term you are looking for is "sedition" which as far as we know has been considered by the justice department in relation to the Jan 6th riot, however no statement has been made from the justice department on if they've made a final decision on that matter.

The offense is simple enough to understand, there was a violent attempt to disrupt a congressional proceeding to certify the election. Whether or not that warrants sedition charges I am not so sure about. The charges so far have been assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to obstruct a congressional proceeding, and conspiracy to disrupt law enforcement during a civil disorder, along with a longer list of more minor crimes. Six more arrests have been made within the last month, so this whole process could be going on for quite some time.

 

Vox is a rag. I asked you for evidence that the House was investigating a coup attempt. You couldn't provide it. Of course the partisan wackos, such as Vox, believe that.

 

What we do know according to a late Friday release by the FBI a while back is that they found no evidence of some wider conspiracy or really my h of anything. And if rioting in front of the capitol is sedition, what the hell is trying to burn down a federal courthouse, setting fire to police stations, and the and attacking the white house as was done the preceding summer. Note might complaint here isn't that the riotous idiots of 1/6 are being punished but that what are seeing us a two tiered justice system in which one faction is being punished far more severely than their actions warrant, while another is not being punished at all for far more serious actions.

BECAUSE, they haven't said what they're investigating. This can be discussed but we won't know for sure what they're doing until they arrive at some conclusion(s).

They've been trying to frame Trump since 2015. How could you be wrong? They are desperate to, again, prevent Americans from electing a President they don't approve of. The US is their fascist state and anyone outside of the Socialist party is the enemy.

Has anyone been charged with insurrection? Convicted of insurrection? Did they confiscate any firearms? Is Pelosi's witch hunt being run by a committee? Mind you, in Congressional Committees, the minority leadership chooses the members they want to represent them. Who chose the Republican members of the witch hunt?
