    Do you realize that about half of the settled science Fauci preached to us was wrong? He’s the guy who said we’ll never wear masks. He’s the guy who said it would take 2 weeks to flatten the curve. He’s the guy who said Tinder hook ups were ok but going to church wasn’t. I could go on and on, but everyone here who is honest knows all about Fauci and his lies.

    You misinterpret what they are saying. They aren't making fun of the variant. They are making fun of all those idiots who think Covid is Ebola or treat it as such.
    99% survival rate and the left is still running around with their hair on fire about the end of mankind.

    99% survival rate and you think there are 800,000 Covid deaths? You don't think more than half of those supposed Covid deaths were just people who died from other medical problems that may have tested positive? My Mom died in surgery 6 months ago of an aneurism and they put Covid on her death certificate because she took the vaccine months earlier then tested positive for the produced antibodies.
    This 800,000 deaths and counting is a farce.

    You're right. Fox & Friends is not journalism. It's an opinion show.

    Maybe that's why you have such a hard time with Fox....and other media. You can't tell the difference between opinion vs journalism.

    The medical document already insults a lot of the people living in the country. Health care is served with the Hippocrat oath "do no harm", but in selectively picking and choosing the medical community in fact would do harm.

    It’s the MEV. The midterm election variant. The doctor that discovered it says countries are overreacting since symptoms are mild and hospitalization is not required but just look how the media and democrats are reacting to it.

    At this point, with all of these variations, perhaps we should spend some time doing the forensic analysis of where and how these variations are showing up. There is a good case that these are not naturally occurring, much like the original WuFlu was not natural. Who is creating these variants?

    I read somewhere that physicians in S Africa characterized the Omnicro variant as "Mild" in terms of symptoms. Why do we suppose that Fauci et al are now crowing the end is neigh again?

    The reports are, for the most part Omicron is causing people to get tired LOL.. Clearly I have had it all my life around midnight then I hit the sack wake up feeling normal and then by midnight I'm once again inflicted with the dread Omicron..

    Because it's the first variant with more than one or two mutations. If it takes hold and mutates again, it may turn into something far worst either in contagion or in sickness. If covid hadn't mutated from the first occurance, we'd be in the clear right now.
