Where are all these benefits Democrats promised?

I thought everyone was supposed to get all this unemployment. All this stimulus checks? Where's it at? Was it a sham? It's been a year since Biden's been in.

 

It ended on September 6,2021. There are MILLIONS of jobs waiting to be filled,go get one.

 

Actually, right now GOP representatives are changing the unemployment benefit rules in their states so that those who quit (or are fired) due to vaccine mandates in the workplace are compensated. I recall that they wanted the benefits to end so that people would go back to work - now they are offering incentives for not getting vaccinated!

 

I dunno, I got a $400 check last Thursday, said tax refund on it.. I figured it was BuyDumb sending me a early Xmas gift so I took advantage of Dunham's black Fridays flash sale and bought a S&W 40cal tactical "Auto loading" pistol and laser site

What people need is now is not stimulus checks. They need to get up off their fat asses and get a job, already!!!

 

He did not "create" them. There are vacant jobs because people will neither look for work nor work. Trump brought around two million workers back to work after the pandemic started. There has been little to no increase since Biden came president.

Sorry to disappoint you, but he created them. And it's not that difficult. All you need is a stimulus directed at the middle class and... boom... more jobs available. To be fair, Trump's stimulus... even though it didn't CREATE jobs, it did avoid losing more of them. But he doesn't get points for it given that he had a part in creating the crisis in the first place.

People left jobs because of the pandemic. Then they many of them failed to return to the job which left job openings. There is zero evidence that he actually created a job.

 

What benefits are you talking about? The only benefits that Democrats promised, that makes sense, are the benefits in Biden's spending bill and that got watered down fast (from 3 trillion to 1.?something) because Dems in Congress couldn't even agree to it amongst themselves.

There were also the stimulus payments and expanded unemployment, but support for that went out the window when inflation switched into high gear.

I've heard that the FTC (federal trade commission) is looking into the high prices of retail and also the high cost of gas at the pump. Do you think they will find anything? Which will lead to solutions to fix it? I have my doubts, but since the Democrats own the government I have more faith that will happen than if the Republicans were in government due to their higher corruption.

 

The government doesn't create jobs that pay for themselves, Joe has never worked anywhere but the government. and Joe really thinks he did the vaccines and due to his dementia thinks he was the creator of all things.

That means all D's are not putting party over country. But actually negotiating for what will work for them. And I think they actually got some R's to go along, which is also very good.
