    The price is set by supply and demand. right now production is down and demand for oil is up.

    (even though Biden promised us all renewables...lol)

    but America has enough oil, the problem is we do not have enough cheap foreign oil to lessen the price - the global oil supply sets the price

    This is your inflation. This is everyone's inflation, because it's ultimately due to people's buying habits and the lack of supply to meet that demand.

    Blaming Biden for that is even dumber than praising Trump for low unemployment prior to the pandemic.

    Of course, by that metric and logic, Biden would be doing a fantastic job:

    It lowered gas prices by 2 cents.
