Sounds like you hate the federal and State constitutions that grant accused people basic rights, due process procedures, the right to a fair trial by an impartial jury, and prohibits excessive punishment, and cruel and unusual punishments.

Several States have the right to rebellion specified in their State constitutions, and in order to have a successful rebellion, the rebels need guns and ammo.

Actually, when reviewing American history, such human rights abuses are very American. Such violations were (and still are) so common that they are depicted in the movies and tv shows all the time and hardly anyone every gets upset about it. In fact, we usually cheer for the person who engages in such abuse of power. Think about some of the western and crime movies you've seen.

 

Yes. Once a felon serves his time and has repaid his debt to society, he showed be able to own a gun once again.

You missed the point. They released him on bond the very next day. Meanwhile, the white kid gets charged with terrorism and thrown under the jail. If you shoot up a school, you shouldn't be released on bond, period. No matter what race you are...

1) Simpkins Did NOT "shoot up the school".

It was a fist fight that escalated and Simpkins pulled a gun.

So, totally LMAO at the characterization of Simpkins actions as "Shooting up the School"

2) In the TX Shooting NO ONE WAS KILLED!

^And, the most severely injured of the victims, the person who instigated the fist fight, was released 10 Days later in Good Condition.

3) The Oxford High Shooter KILLED 4 People.

In the TX Incident No One Was Killed.
In the MI Incident 4 PEOPLE Were Killed.
