And he refused to hear the case. Certainly you see that he was trying to protect perceptions of election security rather than trying to get to the truth. It is obvious to me and the Pennsylvania situation did create a lot of illegal votes. Just read the law. That wasn't a good situation to refer to me because I believe the Pennsylvania election was the single largest example of election fraud in 2020.

He dismissed it on both their lack of evidence and the absurdity of the remedy they were seeking: to cancel every vote in the state.

He reviewed the "evidence" they offered and (like anyone capable of rubbing two brain cells together) found it lacking.

There is no evidence of mass voter fraud in the Pennsylvania election. None. Your belief is purely based on feelings, not facts. And it was insane for Trump to argue that the entire state (along with 4 others) just shouldn't count. But at least you now acknowledge that, yes, he did actually try to cancel millions of votes.

Again, unless you haven't disclosed that you are being held at gunpoint, you aren't required to read those posts or comment on them. There is also an "ignore" feature if you don't want to read that kind of response from specific posters.

They counted ballots that arrived after the deadline. Against the law. Sorry. You don't have to call it voter fraud if you like. You can call it illegally accepting late ballots. Perhaps that makes you feel better.

The deadline you refer to is the deadline FOR VOTING. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled this. As long as the votes WERE CAST BEFORE THE DEADLINE, they could be counted. No, that has nothing to do with fraud, and no, it didn't break any law.

You missed the point, but “thread ignore” would be handy.”

It's called "Unwatch Thread." Up in the right hand corner.

Heard it all before. No investigation then everything is speculation. Thanks, though.

Quote the statute that was violated. Then go explain to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that you know more about their state's laws then they do.

There were plenty of investigations. And no real evidence was ever offered. "You haven't proven that Sasquatch doesn't exist, so we are equally speculating when I say one stole my magic leprechaun gold and you tell me you doubt it." Thanks, though.

Sorry, I don't do requests. The PA supreme court was roundly criticized for allowing something only the legislature is empowered to do. The supreme court knew this as well as I did. They just ignored it. The governor usurped the legislature's power as well. The election was corrupted by the governor and the court.

Since you can't produce the printed results of an actual investigation then I'll simply ignore your comment.

So you feel like they violated a law that you aren't even sure exists. Cool beans. Since you have admitted that you aren't willing to defend your argument, I'll just take that as a white flag. Thanks.

Happy to talk about any specifics. Since you can't produce any actual evidence of widespread fraud, then I'll simply assume your defense of Trump supporters is entirely based on emotion and has no basis on facts or reality.

It certainly isn't based on the results of investigations.
