(font changed to highlight) Why does a State or the federal government or... ANYBODY have a right to "allow" a woman to make a decision that is hers, and only hers, to make? Not "allowing" somebody to make a choice is the same as FORCING a choice. Where in the Constitution does it say that Government has the power to FORCE a women to make a choice against her will.
Nope, nobody asked you to explain anything. If you can't keep up, move on. You misspelled ability 3 times Coming from someone who thinks you don't have a right to bear arms, you should try and explain it to yourself. lol
Oh please. We have all seen your post. You sure think a lot of yourself. I guess thats good since not many here do.
Well, sometimes it is, although not near as often as some assert. That is so inane it doesn't even make it to wrong.
I agree. Maybe a little hyperbolic. But the point I was trying to make is that the reason why most Republicans oppose abortion rights is not concern for human life.
I can't speak for all republicans, but an abortion kills a living being. You can quibble over definitions, but I keep seeing a child whose life is terminated or who is not allowed to live. The thought of killing that child is obscene.
Since when is it a woman's choice to decide whether another human being lives or dies? That is where our disagreement arises. The woman chose to engage in promiscuous sex knowing full well she could get pregnant, covering up her indiscretion buy choosing to have her unborn child murdered isn't cool. It's an act pure selfishness just as the promiscuous act that lead to it was.
I fail totally to see any judiciary connection between the two cases. Heller was an explicit constitutional question. "Abortion" is not to be found anywhere near the Constitution.
Because if the woman doesn't want it inhabiting her body she has every right to have it removed even if this results in its death.
So then we can unplug life support machines because we don't want to pay the bills? The view you expressed is both repugnant and absurd.
I don't see any strawman argument I made. I recommend Being Logical: A Guide to Good Thinking. Also recommend The Mature Student's Guide to Writing.
The Supreme Court can already overturn precedent if it suits them. If you're worried about Heller, it's going away once Democrats succeed in packing the court and a proper case comes up regardless of what happens with RvW.
Not by her choice. Answer this question. Is having sexual intercourse 100% guaranteed to result in conception. Yes or no?
