Going to work, going anywhere if you're feeling sick, IS very inconsiderate!

People should know by now, to stay home if they have, even possibly, covid symptoms.

 

That happened to my Daughter in-law at Walmart, the cashier disputed a price match, called over her manager and, they proceeded to talk about her in Spanish..........she calmly replied, "the next time you talk about someone in Spanish, make sure they don't understand/speak it."

My DIL is Peruvian.

 

That pisses me off. I quarantined my butt for a month when my family had covid in July 2020. I even gave up a week of vacation. We infected nobody.

Since then, I've worked all day with coworkers who tested positive later that day twice with no I'll effects. One coworker almost died. I've tested positive for antibodies 7 times when I donate blood for covid research and antibody therapy. I'm still vaccine free.

My new girlfriend and I recently rented it.

My landlord lives in a double wide on the nextdoor lot.

 

Looks bigger than my home.

 

My best friend is a white guy who speaks fluent Spanish. When he was a cop, he would watch newly arrested and mirandized criminals. They would talk to each other in Spanish to coordinate their lies. My friend would act dumb and take notes for their trial. This was before body cams.

 

New girlfriend? When did that happen? Since "leaving" Trinnity's place, I've been out of the loop!

I also am vaccine free, I made that choice for myself.

I've been covid negative throughout this entire ordeal, I get really irked, when people who don't know me, accuse me of spreading covid and, killing people.

Folks around here are pretty much over this covid business, we're a small community, spread out, ranches and farms, we've had a very low infection/death rate this entire time.

 

According to my smart watch, I have set the world record for napping.....

 

I’m throwing the challenge flag. I went to bed at 9 last night and woke up at noon.

Well did we all survive Christmas? I did and actually enjoyed myself. (Couple of bottles of Pennsylvania Egg Nog helped). 80 degrees here. Crazy weather.

 

We did nothing special, I didn't even cook a special Christmas dinner like I usually do.

I reheated some chicken from the day before, made a box of stove top stuffing, opened a can of cranberry sauce and, heated up some mixed vegetables.

It's just the 2 of us now, to go to all the trouble of preparing a big meal seems , not necessary.

 

I've been told that the ONLY way to make tolerable Egg Nog is to use Gosling's Black Label Bermuda Rum 151 Proof.

I attest and agree to this from personal experience.

 

i have an idea, Why not lions in Yellowstone? We now have more of the Great Cats held in captivity in North Am than Africa/Asia so let's populate the "American Serengeti"properly. You think WOLVES keep the numbers of deer in check?

 

Do Park Rangers taste like chicken?

 

We had our traditional Cornish hens and oyster dressing....mashed taters....cranberry sauce...olives....pies....etc.

Wifey will be mixing up blackeyed peas with chile verde.. she says I like it.

 

No had the van about a year now. It's an old medical cab. So it has 285,000 mi on it but it's still running strong.

Yep still working nights. One of my benefits is I get any parts that they order for wholesale rates and I can use the lift and shop tools and work on my own vehicle, or if I have one of our mechanics do it I only pay $50 an hour labor rate instead of $100.

Still working on a real boat we have a kayak though.

I tend to do most of my posting at night at work. After I get everything done I do have some down time where I just basically sit around and watch cameras

Personally, first footing is my preference and saining (simplified version), so I don't get indigestion.

 

i've take pills for that! LOL I eat what ever she put in fornt of me, besides being beautiful, she likes to cook (and clean,, and iron,, and,, ) I lucked out on the hot to crazy scale.. tho' she used to be much more crazy.

 

Just the other night I got to work and the van was not overheating but it smelled hot so I popped the hood and had to look around.

The top radiator hose was very swollen right where it went into the thermostat. After determining the thermostat was still good, I had one of the fellows order the new hose.

40 minutes later or so I walked across the street to the auto parts store and get the new hose for $11 which would have cost a customer $33 and replace the hose myself.

So repair that would have cost a customer approximately $100 I only pay $11 and did it myself

 

Well I mean in the morning before I left, which is why I had to Twitter my thumbs or so until the parts House opened at 7 a.m.

I figured I'd better go ahead and change that hose instead of overheating on the side of the highway somewhere
