trump saw the virus as a great way to balance the budget by killing off social security and medicare recipients. funneling "paycheck protection plaan" billions to kushner was another big plus.

 

I gotta wonder about this. I mean clearly they're building up to a large scale purge, lots of suffering and mass death before trying to reign in a new order. But who is really the target? A lot of conservatives seem to think its a leftist takeover of the country to oppress or wipe out individualists and install leftist authoritarian collectivism, and there's not a shortage of reason to suspect this. But then again, how is this actually going to be accomplished? There is a vast bulk of middle America which would make any sort of violent military or paramilitary campaign to conquer it make the 20-years-long (and failed) attempt to pacify Afghanistan look like a mere training exercise...

On the other hand, we have several extremely large and many smaller but still quite large cities densely packed with totally dependent and largely already passified people living in a perpetual state of 'same day delivery' of the goods they need to survive and which we've already seen are ready to fall into total chaos at the drop of a hat. These make for a far easier, faster and more effective targets for a depopulation operation.

All I'm saying is if our political establishment is good at anything, its misdirection, and the last thing we should expect them to do is what seems most obvious. I highly suggest that anyone able to get out of big cities should do so very soon. I don't think they're safe places to live.

If you want to refer to the Christian New Testament, it is heavily into helping your neighbour, forgiving them for their sins (and yours of course), offering help to the poor, contributing to society (render unto Caesar etc etc) and dismissing material wealth.
All, of course, "lefty" principles.
