He probably pleaded the 5th because someone else signed for him and he refuses, for some obscure reason, to report it.

What are your thoughts on overvaluing a property for insurance purposes. It doesn't make any sense to me even if you could do it. The premium would be more expensive, and the insurance company isn't going to contractually commit itself to pay you $10 million if your $8 million building burns down. Let time I tried to insure a rent house, Allstate insisted on doing its own appraisal and physical inspection first.

as far as Obamas IRS, they pleaded the 5th at every meeting and no charges were ever laid on any of them. So yes, the innocent can plead the fifth and like should in some scenarios that may not be incriminating but still paint them

The charge is speeding. if you answer their questions, you've proven their case for them. Why would you want to do that, especially if you weren't actually speeding?

I 'Sir/M'am' everyone. Giving simple answers doesn't make you a jackass, it's how it's presented. I commute over 50 miles one way to work. I've had plenty of interactions with local and state, and they have never had an issue with my responses. One ticket in 21 years, and that was for a multiple lane change at highway speeds.

If you weren't speeding then they would have no evidence you were hence cannot charge you with speeding! Your answers to those questions are not proving their case. You lie to their questions then you are entering trouble

What simple answers to what questions would you give? Are you going to lie to them about where you are going? The answer to "do you know how fast you were going" should be something like "sorry if I was going over the speed limit" not some more lies or silence.
