We cannot ascertain to forensic level the validity of CyberNinja's claims about the Dominion machines, as CyberNinjas have zero experience with these systems. Given the clown car atmosphere, the stuff about Bamboo, etc., and all sorts of incompetence reported, how do we know it is not CN that corrupted the machines through their own mishandling?

The only fact that will matter, in my view, in a court of law, is the above, and, on the point that matters, nothing has changed.

I'll let Dominion continue with their lawsuit to get to the bottom of CN's allegations, and I will not accept any claims to disparaging their integrity until the outcome of that lawsuit occurs.

American soldiers swear an oath to the Constitution, not the President. Very well done, because a President can always turn out to be an enemy of the country. And Trump definitely is!

Above all is the Constitution. The President and all officers are subordinate to this. The constitution is absolute, but presidents and commanders cannot always be trusted. We have a good example for this: Donald Trump, a former President who tried to overthrow American democracy.

Ordering the military to seize machines is a violation of the constitution. Obviously, no military of any kind would follow that order.

They are in state's juridictions, so the issue for states to decide if there is evidence to support their allegation.

They would have to be seized by a court order in a state court, AFTER evidence has been provided, to be legal.

However, given what is known about Trump, I believe it is safe to presume he would like the idea, if he could get away with it.
