My advice to race baiters: You can’t make yourself taller by trying to make those around you shorter.
Hopefully, in 11 long and dreary months the scoundrels in DC will be sent packing and racial animus will give way to equality again.

Been white for over 60 years - never have felt this "animus" you seem to feel ... guess you just need to wallow in your "victimhood" a little.

If there was no hostility directed at white people there would be no call for white people to repay reparations now would there?

They want us white devils to pay for the sins of our great great granddaddy's, and we're supposed to pay it to them even though they never suffered the injustices of slavery.

But you know just by virtue of being white we're guilty.

If you want reparations from me you'll have to get it from welfare from my tax dollars or take your ass to work and get a job like I did

Of course not. But it speaks to the movement that says all Libs are 'woke' and they are apologizing for their privilege. I'm merely pointing out that I haven't, nor do I need to apologize.

There is no call for white people to pay reparations. I have seen some calling for the US Government to pay reparations for codifying slavery - but
that's no different than law suits filed everyday against the US Government for things that have happened in the past.

 

Been living here the whole time - either in my house in Montana or condo in Florida. Nobody has asked me to apologize for anything, nor
have I felt the need to. I guess some people just like to wallow in victimhood.

 

Neither do I, but white privilege has made my life easier than it would have been if white privilege didn’t exist.

Americans built a great country, where anyone who wants to succeed literally can. Becoming a millionaire is difficult, but in the least you’ll be able to afford housing, a car, a smartphone, and good food.
As an immigrant I could never understand the self-hate that is displayed by many Americans on the left. Even with racism - go to Africa and ask anyone if they’d be interested to move into this racist country called the United States and I assure you 99% would sign up no questions asked.

LOL. Race baiting has become the theme coming out of our “moral leadership” in DC, so I get it.
But the bottom line is this: race hucksters don’t help the case of those discriminated against. They only serve to draw unwanted attention to those with an ax to grind.

 

This thread acknowledges the racial attacks on whites. It does put down a single race at all. It’s far from race baiting and the fact you’re offended enough to call a recognition of racial bias into a baiting scenario shows your own thoughts on whites.
