Putler is not interested in protecting Russki speakers in Ukraine ....that's "yesterday's newspaper"...he's looking for outright annexation without taking local attitudes into consideration.

zoomler I see you continue with your Ukie nationalist propaganda but that doesn't negate the facts on the ground. Did you have a celebration when Obama and Nuland installed the unelected nationalist leader of 'Ukraine' that started this cluster?

State Department orders diplomats’ families to leave U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, citing ‘threat of Russian military action’

The United States ordered the departure of family members of U.S. Embassy personnel serving in Kyiv on Sunday, citing the “threat of Russian military action,” the State Department said in a statement. The United States also told nonessential staff they can leave the country — a decision that underscores the growing fears in Washington of an imminent military invasion of Ukraine by Moscow as it amasses tens of thousands of Russian troops around Ukraine’s borders.

Well out of the perspective of Russia:
Russian army is at their border. They got a right to be there. While western/nato armies are in and around Ukraine. They also stockpiled massive of amounts weapons in Ukraine. Add that Nato has expanded towards Russia in the past, putting their armies further and further at the Russian borders.

It's not as if the US was cool with Russian forces being in Cuba. This is about the same thing.

I think it would be most appropriate for us to have 100,000 troops on our southern border to stop anyone from coming in without proper documentation, and to take up arms with the cartel when necessary.

Thing is that Ukraine had a democratically elected pro Russian government and it got removed by protesters who got funded by western Europe / US making the elected leaders flee the country. And THAT caused the counter movement of ethnic Russians not accepting that their elected government got removed thanks to western countries, and them seceding from Ukraine and no longer participating in electing officials who only the western powers end up approving.

That reply has nothing to do with the fact that the US wasn't cool with Russian armies being installed on Cuba with nuclear missiles etc. And what happening now in Ukraine this is the exact same thing.

Why would you as an American give a rats butt if some Dimitri the plumber who is an ethnic Russian Ukrainian gets to be part of Russia or stays to be part of Ukraine? You and the entire US would gain absolutely nothing either way. While it will cost the US a heck of a lot of money to have it's forces in the region.

The entire country of Ukraine is something totally artificially created out of thin air. With that, it draws no historic rights to what it gets to have. All there is, are people who live there. And the eastern parts of the country are totally dominated by ethnic Russians.

And this is very unlike say Taiwan vs China. The Taiwanese government calls itself the Republic of China! It's the same government who used to rule over mainland China + Taiwan before the communist revolution. And the US is very keen to favor the idea to break up 1 country there. While have this "massive" problem when it happens to Ukraine.

I am an American. I would do anything possible to deter Russian aggression either in Cuba or the Ukraine. I stated what I did because I feel if we should send soldiers to ANY border, it should be our own. I am not for sending troops to defend Ukraine but I AM for making Russian sgression pay dearly for anything they do!

We have forces committed to "ungrateful Germany". Simply move them to Poland. They would be appreciative. Besides, Germany is going to be 80% dependent on Russia for fuel by their own choice. Maybe Russia should annex Germany. Of course they wouldn't have that power if Brandon hadn't allowed the Russian Pipeline to continue.

I have to agree, since most of our undocumented come in on airplanes and then overstay their visas such a deployment on our Southern border would be a welcome and much deserved rest for our troops

What would they do with the cartel? Help them stage particularly gruesome looking "executions" to put on 4 chan so as to frighten the competition?

You can't begin to prove that as Brandon has made sure we don't see the ICE reports. You just say that because it sounds good to the Globalists ears. If someone overstays their visa....that is not as bad anyway. They are documented and it will be easier for the next Administration to round them up and kick their butt out of the country like Eisenhauer did in "Operation Wetback"! We''ll have a complete wall then too!

If the Cartel wants to get bold with their weaponry, we would be in position to take them out.

Well if they aren't, then who are those thousands of 'Ukrainians' they have killed? Oh, you mean the ethnic Russians who are living on their ancestral lands? The land that was part of the Russian Empire before the Bolshevik Vladimir Lenin drew a random line on a map and created 'Ukraine' out of thin air?

Well if those aren't Ukrainians being killed by Ukrainians, then they are Russians being killed by Ukrainians...ethnic cleansing if you call a spade a spade. So don't be all surprised when Russia destroys the Ukie nationalists committing genocide. And it serves their asses right. They were installed by Hussein Obama, Joe Biden and Victoria Nuland...with help from garbage like John McCain...in 2014.

The US has no legal authority to go to war in Ukraine. Russia, on the other hand, has the duty pursuant to international law, namely the Union Nations Responsibility to Protect (R2P).

And this is what you get when America's practice of illegal regime change blows up in our face.

Actually Yanukovych was elected because he advocated and stated "Ukraine's integration with the EU remains our strategic aim", until Putin made him a deal he couldn't refuse.

Considering the evil degenerate state of American "culture", I wouldn't be so proud.
