    I agree with the ruling. Yet I also know that if I listened to the entirety of the arguments made in the court that my mind may change. As for unconstitutional. What is or is not constitutional all depends upon the biased whims of people with low morals that ascend to high places.

    the vaccine does not fight the virus, your immune system does

    all the vaccine does is teach your body to recognize the virus and prepares it to fight - the rest is up to your own immune system

    The mandate makes me uncomfortable. My discomfort comes from examining possible unintended consequences of enforcing the Biden mandate. The pros of the mandate are clear in that it is best for public health. Yet a negative is that it will further divide an already disturbingly divided nation. That may not mean much now, but come election time 2024 it may. Biden’s negatives are dangerously low, placing into question his chances of re-election. I would rather not have Trump back in the Whitehouse and Biden needs to factor that into his assessments.

    yep, if you want to have to learn to fight the virus after you get it, rather than before

    our military could learn later too, but I prefer we train them ahead of time
