Enhancing people's ability to easily vote is a critical component. Protecting the voting system from any partisan attempt to interfere with the non-partisan process is more important than the actual ability to vote however.

Thr natuonal archives and Congress has them. How do you think we found out about it if they were never submitted?

Show me one source they were never submitted.

 

So far, we know that it was a three pronged effort. First - the states and their fake electors. Second - trying to get the DOJ involved through Clark. And third - pressing Pence to do his part on Jan 6. It will be very interesting to see how far they go...

 

And five of the seven included wording that they were the legitimate and duly appointed electors. That's going to bite them in the butt.

 

Yup. And the National archives contacted thr secretary of these states saying they cannot accept these fake votes.

Now how can the archives reject something that was never submitted

 

Along with Wisconsin, the Attornies General from New Mexico and Michigan have referred theirs to the DOJ.

The poster is straight up making false statements. First they said documents were never submitted. Now they say documents were submitted in case they won their court cases. Amazing.

 

Which means they don't want to hear this case in their own state either. To include their own election boards. Why would you think this over a year old and nobody has touched yet?

They were not submitted for the vote count on Jan 6. But if you want to conflate submitting them within the deadline with the caveat of their court cases to providing them to defraud the vote count on Jan 6, help yourself. Nobody will try and stop you.

 

I know I can't change your mind, so I will just provide correct information. Wisconsin referred it to DOJ “to deter other officials who may seek to engage in election fraud.”

The Michigan AG hasn't ruled out state charges but said she thought there were multiple laws broken and needed to be referred to DOJ.

NM's AG said: "While review under state law is ongoing, we have referred this matter to the appropriate federal law-enforcement authorities and will provide any assistance they deem necessary."

 

Yawn...more fakes news. They were submitted to both congress and the archives who are both involved in certification.

Point to me a single source these documents were only submitted to adhere to a deadline. As far as I know they can only be submitted by governors, so do you have a source they were acting on behalf of the governor?

Wrong, the law firm Law Forward (and only Law Forward) recommended this to the election board back in February of last year.
They didn't move on it so Law Forward recommended it to the local DA
They didn't move on it so Law Forward recommended it to the AGs office.
Now the AGs office has recommended it to the DOJ.

And you don't even question the fact that NOBODY ON THE PLANET was screaming about 7 states with both Republican and Democrat elector votes being provided to DEFRAUD THE ELECTION back on January 6? And it wasn't until late February that anyone (Law Forward) made the claim.

Which leaves you with only 2 options
1. All of Congress and the media, is so stupid, they didn't know they were voting on electors from 57 states or had duplicate votes in 7 states and nobody caught it
2. There were only electors from 50 states provided for the Jan 6 vote

Or are you saying Democrats found these 7 different state electors during the vote and covered it up until last month?

You don't think it would be OVER THE TOP HEADLINE NEWS on January 6th if 7 fraudulent state elector votes were presented to be counted to defraud the actual vote count?
