Judge rules Trump's efforts to overturn election likely criminal

Let's be honest. This likely only being spotlighted, because Hunter Biden will come under criminal indictment very soon. With the evidence linking him to Joe Biden, that's a huge huge story and they want something to blunt the blow.

 

The bigger the story, the more it will be ignored and/or censored.

 

You also have the call to Georgia’s Secretary of State, Trump telling him to find him 11,780 votes. That in my opinion constitutes election interference. What will happen if anything, time will tell.

 

Remember Dems & THE WORLD beat Trump by rigging and cheating in elections, remember they are the Debil, the Deep State, they own and operate the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, FOK et al AND!!!!! they run the courts, the judges and the lawyers. After the mid terms when the dem's lose both houses, just wait... The amount of hearings to look at the criminal activities from the left will be outstanding.

 

Consult the cases that the courts have already validated if you want. As far as the "likely criminal" part, that has nothing to do with a criminal investigation. It just means he has no grounds for withholding the information. It means it isn't covered by attorney/client privilege. You seem to think that, if any potential criminal activity is involved, then the legislative branch can't investigate for legislative purposes. You are alone in that fringe assumption. All three branches of government are against you. Keep on going with your Bluesguyisms, but here in America, they have the legal right to these documents. Keep hating the Constitution. Also, the judge didn't remotely say (write) that... he just said further decisions on this topic are out of his hands..

And Eastman didn't completely lose.... the judge determined 10 of the 111 contested EMAILs can be withheld from the committee....I truly find that interesting... maybe those were the emails where Eastman told T**** where gallows can be purchased in the district??

Interestingly, he does indicate Eastman WAS operating as T****'s attorney on the days 1/4-6.... meaning his ruling is even more stunning as an example of the crime-fraud exception....

 

Leftist judge, educated at leftist schools, appointed by leftist President, serving in the largest leftist district in the country, thinks a crime was committed because leftists who argued before him want to find evidence of a crime they are convinced exists but cant prove because they don't have evidence (fun circular logic there) and this leftist clown judge went along with it because their leftist narrative resonated well with his persona leftist ideals.

 

They have enough for the judge to rule that the preponderance of evidence leads to the crime-fraud exception of attorney client privilege.....
