Take away the super gay agenda in schools and this wouldn't be an issue for 99% of the population. But you now have a bunch of mentally disabled teachers who are told they are "Brave & Stunning" for chopping off privates and putting blue hair dye in and make it their agenda to talk about "Diversity" with their students which in reality they use the students as a venting audience. Complete freak show now.

    It doesn't matter to them.

Conservatives homeschool their children to insulate them from 'liberal propaganda'.

Well, there is a difference between homeschooling, private education, and public schooling. In Texas for instance, homeschooling can and does include enrollment in Texas Connections Academy, an online, homeschool, public education school accredited by the Texas TEA. Not sure what New York homeschooling laws are, but the point is, your so-called poll is incorrect and is designed for the desired outcome. Public schools do have their benefits and drawbacks, and so do private schools, and even homeschools. And then you have the hybrid approach called cooperative homeschooling. I prefer choice, not the one size fits all approach.

Second, not all parents are suited for homeschooling or teaching. If both parents work, then there will be no time for the parents to even prepare for the lessons and to homeschool their children. And if parents are divorced and raising the child or children on their own, then that single parent does not have time to homeschool their children.

    Newsflash: Read the thread title.

Homeschooling surge CONTINUES despite schools reopening. CV-19 is over and they are still surging. I know the Left doesn't want to lose the leverage they have obtained with CV-19, but everyone not on the Left is pretty much over it and the power grabs by the Left.

Just because something is more popular doesn't mean it's necessarily good.

    That's a ridiculous argument.

Because what I'm seeing is that the homeschoolers on this forum are confirming exactly what I'm saying: they want to insulate their children from the supposedly pro-LBGT 'liberal propaganda' etc.

I think you need to comprehend what the article is saying. The article states "Families that may have turned to homeschooling as an alternative to hastily assembled remote learning plans have stuck with it — reasons include health concerns, disagreement with school policies and a desire to keep what has worked for their children." Nothing in that statement has anything to do with your premise. And in my state, Texas, homeschoolers must take the assessment test like a public or private schools do. And if they don't pass said assessment, then they cannot go to the next grade. assessments in Texas are in grades three through 12.

I think the reasons in New York at least, has more to do with pragmatic concerns than your hyperbolic political idealogy.

those posts don’t come close to resembling what you described. In fact, what you described is more associated with Muslims and orientals than homeschoolers. Wait, now you’re going to say that orientals and Muslims are known for their tolerance and diversity. And they just love gays.

I gave you the statistics and you chose to ignore them. Homeschoolers outperform kids in Public Education. It is "necessarily good". As Americans, we should hall be happy that more kids are homeschooled and leaving the failing Public Education cesspool.

Also, there was no "supposed pro-LBGT Liberal Propaganda", there absolutely was "pro-LBGT Liberal Propaganda". That's not really a debate. You can watch many videos of it happening with these weirdo teachers admitting it.

Hmmm... most of those parents who aren't qualified to teach high school level courses went to crappy public schools themselves... go figure.

Seems everything that they see and do is political, and that's all that matters.

What would be worse, is if the home schooled are inundated with politics.

The gay agenda leads to depression and suicide. Its far beyond politics, your side just happens to support it.

You decided to ignore mine too.

But I have a question for you:

Why are homeschooled kids underrepresented in American colleges and universities?

Because the liberal propaganda is unbearable?

Intolerance and hatred are really the basis of Conservatism.

What made you think, "homeschooled kids underrepresented in American colleges and universities"?

Leftists no longer get to talk about intolerance and have any moral high ground after what they have done in Big Tech, Education Hiring Practices, the MSM, and how they have told White kids they are bad strictly because of their skin color.

Transvestites are as old as humans. Recently, Boy George, Annie Lenox, David Bowie.... super long list of people dressing for the "wrong" gender, centuries before society and medical science were able to correct the issue.

Edward Hyde, Lord Cornbury, later Third Earl of Clarendon (1661–1723) A portrait of Edward Hyde, Lord Cornbury — the governor of the royal provinces of New York and New Jersey from 1702–1708 — hangs in the New York Historical Society. He’s wearing a blue gown and a tiara. Contemporary accounts corroborate that Hyde often wore women’s clothing; he claimed, as Queen Anne’s relative and representative, he was doing his best to represent her faithfully. Historians question whether the rumors were politically motivated gossip, but art historians maintain that the portrait is credible rather than caricature. Photo:

Righties act like school is just trans education 5 days a week for 13 years. Probably why most of those complaining the loudest don’t even have school age kids.

Lefties use education to indoctrinate children, refuse to hire conservatives, and use the unions to fund their political agenda. Of course the rest of America is not good with Public Education and the massive failure it has become.

And look how loud the left screams when we say that crap has no place in the classroom. You guys literally got the DOJ calling us domestic terrorists.

My brother is a Jehovah's Witness and as such he avoided the indoctrination of public schools. The way his kid learned was he sat behind a computer all day and took classes, when the classes were finished he took tests. isn't that exactly what the left did with our kids for the last 2 years and the unions refused to go back to the classroom? And did see some of the completely idiotic demands they made for them to go back to the classroom, demands like removing all police from the school campuses and defunding them?

And if you want to talk about perpetuating ignorance, take a hike over to Baltimore and see what their schools are doing.

I think we should subsidize homeschooling so long as they pass quarterly tests
