Biden administration unveils ‘Disinformation Governance Board’

We already have a term for those people, and finally there will be a government board to report them to!

Sounds like Biden is trying to be another John Adams with his version of the Alien and Sedition acts. It’s like living in a communist country. You know what will be labeled as misinformation, any statement that the board doesn’t agree with to include political discourse. Censorship 101. What is truth, democratic Party propaganda, what is misinformation, republican party propaganda.


It's time for this country to start abiding by that old adage of free speech, “I may disagree with what you say, but I’ll defend your right to say it.”

 

It should be apparent, based on the past few pages, that those days are long gone in the USA.

What's the point of creating a department that isn't actually going to do anything?

Government is a monopoly that in and of itself represents a threat to liberty. That's an undeniable fact and has been observed and demonstrated through history.

If Twitter made this announcement under new management, the installation of a disinformation department, the left would lose their mind. Hell, they lost their mind at the prospect of free speech.

But when the government announces it, not a peep and defense. Lol. Do you realize how absolutley ridiculous that is?

 

Anybody who doesn't agree with Biden and his policies is a target of the fascists promoting the Ministry of information. They called the parents who wanted a say in their kids education domestic terrorists. The women they want to run this agency is quoted as not believing in free speech.

 

They never do. All governments lie especially when they want to start or escalate a war.

 

On Wednesday, it was announced that the Department of Homeland Security would be launching a "Disinformation Governance Board," which will be headed by executive director Nina Jankowicz.

Jankowicz herself though has been revealed to have spread disinformation on a number of topics:

It's based on a grant of authority from Congress to the President. Ungrant it. That's the problem with the GOP. This grant of power was made by Congress in 1932. Republicans have controlled the House twice as often as Democrats have for the last 30 years, yet, never repealed this grant of authority to the President. It frustrating how much the GOP leaves undone and fails to do.

President Trump was undergoing a Coup attempt through his entire presidency driven through the DOJ and the FBI and aided by the Intelligence Community and the GOP managed to not do anything effective to stop it. It's very frustrating. So while this guy is sounding the right notes, don't hold your breath waiting for effective action.
