If you can not make three turns, doping will not make you to do that, neither to be more artistic. So all this doping BS is politically arranged by the US. Russians attend western universities because they provide good education.

An assembly plant is not a nuclear reactor. There are 1,225 universities in Africa - I don’t think finding engineers would be that difficult. And Africans are not stupid - according to studies I saw in the past, African immigrant students outperformed Europeans and Asians in American universities. I’ve had African immigrant classmates in college and all of them were very smart people. Native American blacks have a culture problem, which in no way indicates some racial or genetic predisposition to do poorly in schools.
I think Africa is a huge untapped resource in terms of human capital.

They found only the traces of the drug. With modern technologies you can detect the substances at single molecule level. So one does not need to take drugs in order that they are identified in the blood. It is just enough to use say same cup or spoon that was used by one who took the drug. In summary, there is no need to give drugs to the best in the world woman figure skater. And there is no discussion among the specialists that she is currently the best one.

Added - divestment out of China is not a question of if - it’s a question of when. It’s basic investment diversification - why keep all your eggs in one basket? Instead of having so many critical factories in one country, why not spread them around in other regions to ensure consistent supply and to prevent any one single country to try to get a leverage on us? Besides, no matter how you try to twist it, such strategy would improve millions of lives in the poorest corner of the Earth.
