Actually my last child was unplanned and at a bad time and abortion fluttered through my thoughts. It took his birth to realize that if I had an abortion I would have killed HIM...my son would have been dead. It's not like they wait and come back at another time when life is better.. That unique human being is killed

No, it was not because of their creed. Although the Catholic Church has certain teachings, no all Catholics agree with those teachings. Some Conservative Catholics, like Barrett, do not believe in the practice of praying to the Virgin Mary for instance and some Catholics do not believe in the stance of abortion that the Catholic Church takes.

 

If you are truly pro-life, all life, then you must also be against executions by the state under any and all circumstances, against euthanasia under any circumstances, must be for the child, before AND after it is born, that the child has food, water, medicine, etc, no matter where it comes from, government or not for profit, and so forth. Otherwise, you are just anti-abortion and that is it.

That is not being targeted by anyone. That is an internal conflict with everyone professing to be Catholic.

Yep, you are the typical "pro lifer" I have run across in my adult life after college. Yes, you care about the unborn baby, but once that baby is born, you do not give a flip about them until they turn 18 and hoping that they join the miilitary so that your own children do not. And then once they get old and need health care, you don't give a rip about them either because you are really no pro life in a literal sense. Are you?
