Here's the problem, you can't bring illegal humans here and then blame the US for not giving them free ****. That's their problem not ours.

When the arrestees are released into OUR country, rather than immediately being put on a bus back to Mexico, I'd say yes. Why even bother arresting them in the first place? It's almost as if (gasp!) the powers that be actually want illegals on US soil.

And I'm saying that once they are detained, and the paperwork is done, they should be immediately put on a bus back across the border, where they open the door, kick everyone off, and warn them that another attempt to cross the border illegally is a felony, with real prison time, and head back for the next busload full.

They shouldn't even be on US soil long enough to worry about their kids "starving", but if it comes down to a US Citizen's child getting fed instead of a criminal invader's child, the US Citizens should absolutely come first.

I heard some lib somewhere complaining that the very existence of the INS makes these poor illegals live "in fear". My reaction to that is, "GOOD!! They should be living in fear!"

The very FIRST time an illegal comes in contact with Law Enforcement, regardless of the reason, they should be detained and deported. And I could not give a single f less what some limousine liberal from CA thinks about that, unless they want to put them up in their own personal residence, sponsor their LEGAL migration, and guarantee the "poor, misunderstood, non-English speaking, skill less persons" will never suck at the taxpayer teat. I also don't care what the President, whoever it might be, cares about it. If they want the laws changed, try to get them changed, but unless and until they are, it's the President's DUTY to enforce our laws, as he is the Chief Law Enforcement official that exists.

Well! since I'm near the Canadian border and Canadians aren't illegally trespassing into the USA by the Millions, there's no need. What good would it do for me to patrol the Mexican Border, I'd just get into trouble when I started cracking the whip to control my Horse, since the Biden administration wouldn't have my back.

 

They don't have a right to be released into the United States before it happens. Besides, it's just theater, given the requirements for asylum, 99.99% of illegals do not qualify, and everybody knows it. Take 'em back across the border, and tell them where, when, and how to report for their bullshit hearing.

The hearing is supposed to be about proving that they are here legally or not. If an illegal is caught crossing the border there is no need to prove that as it's pretty obvious.
