I haven't heard anyone say this yet but the way things are going this is a distinct possibility. What happens if the left is so desperate to 'win back' the Supreme Court that instead of 'packing' the Court, one of their henchman goes out and kills a conservative justice so Biden can appoint a liberal in his place? Far fetched? I'd like to think so but I wouldn't bet on it. You might want to hope if something like that happened the Democrats would appoint a conservative to dissuade it from happening again but that's not the way this bunch behaves.

Is there a particular reason (or more) that you believe that people on one side of this debate are more inclined to commit homicide than the other side? If so, can you please share that information so I can make an informed decision on your query?

The question is a fair one. Let’s stay on the topic it addresses…

No you can make an "informed decision".

I didn't ask you to post a video and a photo. I ask you why you are claiming that homicidal tendencies is limited to the Left.

However, thanks to the above, I am now aware that you aren't interested in actually having a constructive discussion about the matter. You wanted to blow your dog whistle about the side you dislike while ignoring the exact same types of behaviors from the side you don't.

It didn't go over his head.

He just has no answer so he makes believe the truth doesn't count.

    Typical for that ilk.

Is this the behavioural pattern of Killers?

Killers don't make a lot of noise. They just quietly prepare, go out there and shoot.

~ As it appears now, for all intent and purposes the USA may have already inherited a "lame" Supreme Court. :???:

As far as statesmen go, homicide is not their modus operandi -- with the possible exception of DJ Trump of course. The left isn't all that worried about the leanings of the Supreme Court. In fact, the left is pretty delighted with most of that court's rulings, all of which went against Donald J. Trump in terms of the former President's pleas about (1) 2020 election fraud and (2) whether or not Trump has to turn documents and evidence over to the January 6th committee and/or to various prosecutors. Sure, most of those rulings came from lower Federal courts but some came from the top court and the results were palatable. That's because judges, with few exceptions, are selected from a pool of lawyers and lawyers have a big load of constraints and a big load of ethics to which they must adhere. In fact, there is hope still that the established precedent of Roe v Wade will be upheld!

So I repeat that homicide is not on the liberal left's mind(s). They have already made clear as to their intent to unsway a renegade supreme court and that is by using the legislature to expand the court. Watch the mainstream news for a change, okay?

Yeah, homicide is what DJ Trump perpetrates, when he connives to overthrow the U.S. government and whips up a mob frenzy that ends up killing cops and civilians. Leave the homicide to Trump. Leave true statesmanship to true statesmen.

Talk about straight up falsehoods. Dems, progs, lefties have all been talking about how the current SCOTUS is biased and the vast majority of those in the public eye have been wanting to pack the court. So claiming that "the left isn't all that worried about the Supreme Court" is straight up false.

And only one person was killed on 1/6. And while she deserved it, it wasn't because of Trump. It was her own stupidity that got her killed. Trump never once told anyone that day, or any other day for that matter, to do what those idiots did. Quite the opposite actually. Which makes your statements about him false also.

Not that you're going to admit any of this. What you said makes it quite clear that you're only interested in the propaganda, not the Truth.

The entire insurrection and all of its overt mob violence, and all of its covert skullduggery, were down at the behest of the 45th President -- that slime-ball!

Repeating the same false narrative does not make it true you know.

If he did then why hasn't he been charged with incitement? It's been well over 2 years now. Yet not one single charge against him has even been brought, much less adjudicated with a guilty verdict.

Calm down. The supreme court hasn't done anything wrong. An employee has done something wrong. Hopefully they will find the person, punish him or her appropriately and move on. The court will be fine.

Just to recollect, he was impeached, twice, so yes you're right, not a single charge but twice charged... so far.

Trump calls that the "Second amendment solution"

Remember the attempted murder of Whitmer?

Sounds like something a White Supremacist would want to do, like hang Mike Pence...

1: Being impeached is not a criminal charge. Indeed it's not even an indication that any crime was actually committed. Especially so in Trumps case since none of the political charges amounted to any crime listed in any law book.

2: Trump was not removed due to the impeachments which means he was acquitted of those very political charges.

That's always an issue with all politicians and judges.

If a leftist killed a Supreme Court justice for this purpose, the Democrats would have a heck of a PR crisis on their hands if they tried to appoint a leftist activist to the court.

For one thing, several moderate Democrats would want nothing to do with it, and they would face one hell of a backlash at the next election.

In short, It's not really a viable strategy. At the very least it wouldn't be a clear cut left wing victory.

I don't know why people have so much difficult with this - impeachments are not reviewable by the court, it is a plenary power of Congress.

Technically speaking Congress could impeach an official for not liking chocolate icecream - instead preferring vanilla.

It would be ridiculous and would certainly lose that party the next election, but it would stand.

That's what happens when the politicians stop caring about the Constitution and the spirit of the law.

It says quite plainly in the Constitution that its supposed to be used for crimes and misdemeanors. It was never meant to actually be for anything and everything that pissed off a political party. That's WHY they put those words in. Indeed they argued specifically what to put in to try and make sure that the impeachment process was not abused for political reasons.

But, since its Congress who makes the laws people use that as an excuse to make the claim that they can do it for any reason at all. Which completely subverted the intention of the "high crimes and misdemeanors" clause and the intention of the Founders.

If Republicans become the majority in both Houses I expect them to impeach Biden for incompetence AND cognitive impairment. Just watch. It'll happen simply because Dems made it political rather than keeping it criminal. I disagreed with Clinton getting impeached, but at least perjury is a crime.

It has been less than two years since January 6th 2021, and the reasons that no charges have yet been leveled against Trump are manifold. Firstly, it is a well-known fact that the wheels of justice turn slowly. Secondly, never before in our nation's history has an ex-president been criminally prosecuted so in order to break new ground the DOJ needs take a long deep breath and be absolutely certain of its premises before proceeding. Thirdly, in keeping with how organized crime cases are usually developed, the lower echelons of bad actors are indicted first, and encouraged to cooperate, in the hopes that testimony thereby elicited will serve to incriminate the higher-up instigator(s) of the crime; and in this case there are over 700 such lower echelon players so it's an enormous undertaking. Fourthly, aside from the obvious rioters who stormed the Capitol there were scores of political operatives involved in the seditious conspiracy, both in D.C. and whithersoever; and since the prosecution side of a criminal case is permitted only one bite at the apple so-to-speak, the entire package needs to be carefully investigated and assembled prior to bringing the case to court. All of that is bound to take plenty of time. It may yet require 2 or 3 more years ...but eventually we will see Trump and his cronies on trial.
