Israel got over a 100 reporters shot, a lot of them killed since 2018 or something. And because of that, Palestine is already making a case against Israel at the ICC. This specific case just adds to all the other cases. In essence, this is nothing new but part of how their army operates. The only difference now is, that Israel killed an American Christian journalist. That's undoubtingly why this one hit the news, and not all the other cases.

Can go on and on .. that was 3 examples off top of head.. Israel is being a very naughty boy .. bad state actor .. Attacking Syria as we speak .. and .. targeted assassinations of civilian in Iran .. nuclear scientist .. political assassination .. keeps on stealing land .. annexed the the Golan .. sovereign territory of Syria ..

Ukraine throwing a very bad light on Israel .. and the West "Do as we say -Not as we Do" foreign policy in general. .. ohh.. and saw that Ukraine may be getting some Israeli missiles .. or have them .. and was like "Wow" ... why is Israel putting nose in this .. other than being a major arms player .. wanting to show off technology --- but .. Israel best hope the Consortia does not start providing similar technology to the freedom fighters in Palestine. .. Ouch .. the Irony .. don't understand it .. seems a dumb move on the surface .. .. but . geopolitical chessboard very unclear at the moment .. so what do I know ..

Implications there are down the road - for actions taken in present - in heat of moment .. in the ignorant bliss of the moment .. that few seldom consider .. said this when Kosovo was annexed .. bad precedent .. these targeted political assassinations .. the dumb and dumber Sulimon assassination .. really bad precedent .. bad karma ..

Do we not have at least some kind of gentleman's agreement - if not codified into treaties and agreements we have signed on to - that Powers do not take out each others political leaders ? .. least among the more powerful nation states.. puppet regimes don't count .. meaning Iran is one .. that can easily retaliate tit for tat..

We throwing out that rule book are we now ? OK .. but don't cry and whine sunshine .. and call me a "Nation X" apoligist .. when Nation X "Does as We Do" .. and I say I told ya so. "So it has been written - So it Shall be Done" .. The prophet has spoken .. once again .. difference being .. this prophet has a demonstrable track record of being right .. as I listen to those who are whining about Ukraine .. Cry "POOTIN APOLOGIST" .. when I tell them .. told you so .. Pokin the Bear .. one too many time.. - "Do as we say - not as we Do" foreign policy .. little novichok in your coffee .. whats that new zapper someone was using in Cuba .. messed with those peoples heads .. some kind of electromagnetic wave .. that has dissappeared off the radar.. but matters not .. Nation states these days have so many ways to kill someone .. and getting more all the time .. these drones are the nightmare of the future .. a future that already exists in part..

I'm not sure if the Israels have learnt from the Yanks or the other way round. Most likely in tandem like the Beatles and the Byrds sharing technique & ideas. And the both of them preach to the blind about Democracy and what is right & wrong ... fair and unjust, the irony. I reckon it's the Yanks teaching the Israelis after all the US has been at it since the 1950s in Cuba and Iran and has never stopped to take a rest.

Nope. 19 journalists in the last 30 years, and not all killed by Israeli fire.

I can't think of any helmet that would deflect a rifle round especially at such close range.

I agree with you that it's not rational to immediately assume that the Israelis shot the journalist on purpose however attacking the mourners at the funeral and beating them with clubs(1) is why so many people around the world are repulsed by IDF chronic brutality and skeptical of an Israeli investigation.

    (1) "Israel Admits It Might Have Killed Journalist, Attacks Her Funeral"
    https://theintercept.com/2022/05/13...-journalist-israels-army-admits-might-killed/

EXCERPTS "Israeli police assaulted mourners carrying the casket of Shireen Abu Akleh, a Palestinian American reporter, the same day Israel’s army admitted it might have killed her.

The assault on the mourners, who were beaten with clubs at a hospital in East Jerusalem, stunned viewers who watched it unfold on live television, further enraging Palestinians and the dead journalist’s colleagues and fans." CONTINUED

Comparing Putin to the likes of the Mossad or the CIA is well ...... I don't know like a dirty glass of clean water with a clean glass full of arsenic.

Mossad? Seriously? Where? When? Do you have a list?

Did you know that 150 journalists have been killed in Philippines in the last 30 years? Over six times more than in Israel and Palestine. Of those, 54 were murdered by the government or the military.

Putin's Russia doesn't even make the list of top ten worst countries for journalists. Only 82 journalists killed there in the last 30 years. Small fry, you say?

Actually, that is completely wrong. The world is "fed up" with the Nazi-Zionist lies about repatriation of the downtrodden Jew. That is to say that being "fed up" is the consequence felt by those of us who were enamoured with the idea of a Jewish state, the rebirth of Hebrew as a national language and the rectification of historical misfortune inflicted upon a people whose religious belief is the cornerstone of Christianity. "Fed up" is what we now feel due to the lie of Zionism in our faces and its real Nazi agenda very clear. Yes, you are right, we are "fed up" ..... with Zionist treachery. :dead:

I'm happy to answer the BS you wrote down.
Always remember that the father of the "Palestinian nation" is Kalb Haj Amin El Husseini - a declared Nazi and a close friend of Hitler.
This is their past, the present has a form of violence and hatred, the future - Jordan is Palestine.

I did understand what you said .. and was you got things all backwards - so it turns out to be you who is the one lacking in English language skills - trying to tar others with your failings.

Israel are the big propaganda purveyors in the story mate .. not the Palestinians - got things all mixed up somewhere.

You call facts "BS". I have no expectations that you will ever make an intelligent observation, reply, or insight. The propaganda you've been fed and the censorship you've been subjected to are all you'll ever experience.
Famous and nationally-beloved Americans such as Charles Lindbergh and Henry Ford were self-proclaimed and confirmed pro-Nazis and they were Third Reich proponents who openly and proudly praised Hitler for his accomplishments as PM Neville Chamberlain made a deal with Hitler as well - So I guess Americans and British were and WILL FOREVER REMAIN Nazis, eh? This must be the trigger for you to whine in a childish voice and claim, "It's not the same thing!!!" :blownose:

I don't think that Mossad is responsible for the killing of Shireen Abu Akleh nor do I think that all Israelis are like the extreme, Right Wing thugs who steal land, destroy olive groves, demolish homes and relentlessly foment hostilities.

However, I do think that it is a long running, chronic, Right Wing Israeli ploy to provoke-then-massacre(1) Palestine's native residents so that they can kill as many of them as they can get away with using US funded weaponry.

As I mentioned earlier, I don't immediately blame IDF for the killing of Shireen Abu Akleh but attacking the mourners and beating them with clubs(2) when tensions are already enflamed is precisely the sort of deliberate provocation for which Right Wing Israelis are already infamous.

    (1) "Moshe Dayan, in his diaries said: "Our strategy was always to provoke the Arabs and get an appropriate response so we could attack and smash them."

I seldom disagree when people say "unnecessary" and I'm not going to do it now either. However, those who carry out such misdeeds have been led to believe that it was necessary for the service of whatever nation, group or idiology they represent.

Mossad is the external state information service. External. Doesn't deal with internal security, including the Palestinian territories. It has bigger fish to fry.

Where you went wrong? When it comes to Israel, you get everything wrong.
