Biden was Senator from the Most Corrupt State, Delaware
The Dupont State. The Unions' State.

    Now Biden is parasitizies "us"
for his IOU's of a bought Presidency.
Witness his appointments paying of Black & female promises.

Hopefully the mid term elections will give both houses of
    Congress to The G.O.P.
Democrat leadership could use some "time out"
to find a grounding beyond P.C. and Wall Street.
Especially STOP categorizing people by race, gender,
    sexual ID, :blahblah:

    Bingo!

And it won't stop at $5/gal ... If the Brandon Regime's policies are continued, regular unleaded gas will eventually reach at least $7/gal... potentially even $9/gal. --- But that's if they don't implement price controls before that point... If they do go the price controls route, then sure, gas prices might stay at $5/gal, but it will then be damn near impossible to get your hands on gasoline since price controls ALWAYS result in shortages. IOW, companies won't be able to make a profit at a $5/gal price point, so they simply won't bring any gasoline to market.

Yes, I know all of this full well, even though I am only "partially educated" according to the Democrat standard of "education" (I only have a 2 year tech college degree in accounting).

... but don't confuse that for the "voter suppression" that Republicans are doing... ;) ;)

... and know that mail-in ballots are perfectly "safe and secure"... ;) ;)

The UK is (and has been) doing the same "6uild 6ack 6etter" "green energy policy" that the USA is now doing on a much larger scale... Anyone who is doing this very same "green energy" policy is going to see the very same results (gas prices skyrocketing). Why is the price of gas not skyrocketing in Russia?

I paid almost $6 this morning.
The sad part is people here who are looking backward thinking things will eventually go back to the way they were.
It won’t. 8% yearly inflation will usually only slide back by half over a two year recovery. The other half gets baked into the cake as they say.
Since wages are a lagging indicator of economic growth, BOHICA to 75% of the workforce.

Precisely the question that I ask (and am still awaiting a rational answer on)...

I hit my monthly budget for gas this week, in fact a few dollars over, and I'm on fixed income.

Good question. Why didn't they just, at the very least, charge double during the pandemic, say $2/gal instead of $1/gal??

Bingo, yet they didn't price gouge then... hmmmm...

Good question. Still unanswered in any sort of rational manner.

I would like your post, but I can't 'like' the fact that Demonomics are royally screwing over people in your financial position.

So Trump was a decent President, and Biden is not (even a President, let alone a decent one)??

    I wholeheartedly agree!!

    Double Whammy for Family Vacations...
    1) Everything was closed during the pandemic
    2) Now, after pandemic shutdown is over, everything is open (but gas costs too much)...
    Catch-22

Obviously not... and then you gotta knock off another 10% for the "built in pro-Democrat lean" in such polling.

I'm willing to bet that his actual approval rating is no higher than 30%.

Bingo... and yet Democrats don't realize why that would occur (or what is causing that to occur)...

Because there was no demand for oil. Oil companies were literally paying traders to take oil off their hands.

There was still demand for oil (just less demand from the people who Democrat politicians scared shitless into staying inside their basements).

    No they weren't.

Watch out, you're getting dangerously close to figuring out how supply and demand works.

You keep going in that direction, and pretty soon you're going to understand exactly how bad Team Joe screwed it all up.

In order to afford gas, we must all move to Alaska, where it is abundant. Idk if i could handle all those cold months....
