Yeah! those Korths are awesome, but spendy. I'd take either one. I looked at these also, but 500 Magnums just seem to be a bit much. What the Hell! maybe I should just get both.

They want gun manufacturers to be sued out of existence. It's part of their plan to abolish gun ownership.

By that logic, the Constitution doesn't apply to telephones, or computers.

Gun control laws don't work, but that is by design. The strategy is to pass law after law after law until reaching the ultimate objective: a complete outlawing of gun ownership.

And we're right. Look at the infringements we've seen this far. The Heller case went before the Supreme Court because Washington D.C. wanted to outright ban handguns. So, don't try to claim that there aren't members of our government that want an outright ban and confiscation of all firearms.

Then you aren't smart enough to see that you're being used by the anti-gunners.

The polls/studies used by the anti-gunners aren't fake, they're flat out bullshit.

Of course there is. But it doesn’t mean every new law is pushing is that way.

    Did you finally get it?
Laws don't stop criminals from committing crimes. They are punishment after the fact. No legislation can stop an idiot with a gun.
Meaning your gun control laws don't work.

Every gun control law further erodes our 2A rights and that's exactly what the objective is, to make gun ownership so complicated and expensive that no one wants to bother with it, or can't afford to own a gun.

The Buffalo shooter picked his target because he knew his victims would be unarmed.

If an individual is stopped by law enforcement, and a gun is found in their possession that they cannot lawfully possess in NY, they face felony charges and potential penalties including state prison time and a felony record. This means that such a person, who legally bought their gun in another state, and has all the licenses and education you could ever want regarding gun ownership, is now facing a felony and incarceration for the transportation and/or possession of their firearm.

How could you not know that. I'm not sure I understand your point.

    Do you understand politics?

These shootings have been going on since before this country was founded.
    Yet, guns are still legal.
But guess what's not legal, owning all arms available, when the 2A says 'bearing arms shall not be infringed'. Don't play the politicians worthless game of banishing guns. It's never going to happen in anyone's life time that I or you know.

It's all about pointing fingers. It's to rile up the sheep. But most of all, it's to get bribe, er lobbyist money.

I've argued this same point for over a decade now.

I am 100% in favor of the victims of gun violence to sue gun manufacturers if we apply this same law to everything else equally. No no, I don't want to hear it. Equally, everywhere.

When I was a teenager I vividly remember the day when another kid purposefully swung a Louisville slugger baseball bat and cracked me directly in the side of the head over an argument giving me a concussion and required a few stiches to patch me up.
I should be allowed to sue Wilson Sporting Goods Co.

When I was in my early 20s I was driving home from dinner with my girlfriend when I was involved in an accident with a white Ford F-150 travelling down the wrong side of the road while the driver was massively intoxicated. Totaled my car, hit and run. My girlfriend suffered whiplash and had to go to the hospital and I broke two fingers on my left hand.
I should be allowed to sue Ford Motor Co and Anheuser-Busch.

A few years ago I was at a stoplight when I was rear ended by another vehicle who's driver was on her cell phone doing so knows what. Smashed my forehead into the steering wheel.
I should be able to sue Apple and Honda.

Why not? If we should be allowed to hold manufacturers responsible for customers misusing their products then we should be allowed to do so. Period. None of these hypocritical arguments based around only suing companies who make stuff that you don't personally like or think should be legal. Be consistent and I'll agree. But of course folks won't be consistent because people are hypocrites and they know they are.

This whole mantra of we need federal laws because crossing state lines makes state laws useless blah blah blah is just that. Blah. And unfounded in this case. Actually, more than unfounded. Its outright false. This shooter bought the gun in New York. Even the left wing rag VOX admits this. LINK: New York’s “red flag law” should have prevented the Buffalo shooting - Vox

    "Should have"

Sounds to me like instead of more laws we need to actually enforce EXISTING laws.

Folks need to stop blaming the rest of society for the fact that those hired and taxpayer funded to enforce laws on the books well....don't.

A complete outlawing of gun ownership would DEFINITELY work to reduce the number of gun-related deaths. So if that's your argument, you debunked yourself.

That's because, contrary to what you have been told, guns DO kill people. We have enough laws against criminals but not enough against the manufacturing and transfer of GUNS.

He should NOT have been able to buy the gun in New York. But does it really need to be explained to you that the gun laws we need are not intended to stop THIS shooter or, for that matter, ANY mass shooting that already occurred in the past. But FUTURE mass shootings. Of which there is an average of MORE than one every single day.

We have more shootings than any other country in the world, and one of the main reasons is that weapons designed to kill the largest number of people in the shortest amount of time are so easily available.

    Incorrect.

Guns are never going away, no amount of laws will eliminate or reduce them.

Thats why buffalos laws against them didnt stop this from happening.

    People kill people.
