Roe is the only thing protecting a woman's access to abortion services. Without it, the extremists in those states are going to get rid of it completely. So the end of Roe very much means the end of abortion and there's no two ways about it, and no fogging the issue up by pretending people get to choose.

Yeah, you're talking about a federal law I assume. But once Roe v Wade is overturned, abortion will be instantly banned in certain States, right? This is because there are laws lined up ready to come into effect once Roe v Wade is overturned.

 

Possibly in other States but MD. In MD we would have to RE amend our State Constitution. That too, could happen, but I doubt it will.
