    Trump is still claiming he won the election, to the point of being part of an insurrection.

    Republicans complain every day about even the most petty things.

    So is Stacey Abrams and Hillary is still saying Trump was an illegitimate president. And you guys have really watered down the term insurrection. Insurrections generally take more than 3 hours. Heck, the Democrat insurrection took nearly 4 years.

    Yes, because that's exactly like over 60 frivolous lawsuits, endless whining, trying to get states to overturn election results, creating fake slates of electors, endorsing only candidates who say that they believe the "Big Lie", having a horde of kooks attack the Capitol to interfere with the certification of Biden's election.

    Maybe post something serious next time. This attempt at an analogy is absurd.

    Realize, no election official can verify the validity of a vote if the chain of custody of the vote has been broken. Realize, not demanding a date on the ballot breaks that chain of custody. Furthermore, no signatures on the ballot breaks that chain of custody on the ballot.

    Side Note: Another 'only; say the average American has in their vote is if their vote is an informed vote and not a vote influenced by propaganda and censorship by the media, for example.:roll:

    2ND Side Note: The only reason for a free press is to inform the voter for free and fair elections with informed votes and the press has ****ed up in that regard.

    And creating false documents, illegally spying on your opponent and false collusion ties to Russia to try and overturn the 2016 was surely justified!

    Oh really, please send the link to the last time they stated such, because Trump hasn't stopped, and won't let anyone run for office if they don't say the election was stolen.

    2 republican senate committees came to the conclusion that the Steele Dossier was legitimate and the FISA warrants were legal? I think you have your committees confused...

    As for Dirty Donnie, NO HE DIDN'T.
    Dirty Donnie held a rally and sent his supporters to storm the Capitol, interrupt the House ballot count, and told Pence to not certify the vote.
    Republicans are the first to use violence to interrupt the Federal government in the course of it's Constitutional duty in order to change the results
    of a free, fair and secure election.

    Dirty Donnie is a traitor and deserves to spend the rest of his life in a federal prison along with as many of his insurrectionists that will fit in there with him.
    He and is followers are still spouting the Big Lie, as are the candidates he has endorsed.

    Get back to me when you can admit there was no election fraud as described by Dirty Donnie.
    Get back to me when you can admit Dirty Donnie lost a free, fair and secure election.
    Get back to me when you can admit that all those Trump supporters who stormed the Capital are criminals who need to to prison time.

    A federal court disagrees 100% with that nutty assertion... and note it's NOT on the ballot, it's on the return envelope.

    If I can put ANY date on my return envelope, and it's accepted by my local election board, explain to me the value of said date??

    Bold #2... I'm trusting the prosecutors to sort out the merely insurrection-curious from those truly tasked with stopping that governmental procedure by any means necessary... From what I'm hearing, there is a wide range of charges and recommended prison times. Hard to lump everybody in the same bucket, legally at least...

    If they lose. This is getting to be a pretty good illustration of why elections used to be EXCLUSIVELY by polls. Otherwise they get to be a contest in who can scream "fraud" loudest after the election is over.

    Pennsylvania SOS has told it's counties to count these undated envelope ballots for this primary because they are valid, but keep that number in a separate count for now.

    Pa does continue to require that each "Declaration Envelope" be signed.

    I still find it amazing that hundreds and thousands of people will sign something, but not fill in the date line right next to it.

    But stupidity is no reason to have your vote discounted (although it WOULD solve a lot of problems going forward)...

    That all applies to BEFORE you vote, qualifying you to vote not your ballot. This is about whether their BALLOT is properly filled out. If you can't take the care and concern to properly fill out your ballot you should not be able to claim the law protects you.
