Michael Sussmann is the Clinton and DNC "lawyer who is being prosecuted by special counsel John Durham for lying to the FBI. Sussmann’s attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the case arguing that their client's lie about who he was working for (Hillary and the DNC) when he brought" false "information about Trump and Alfa Bank to the FBI, that lie was an “ancillary matter.”

He claims that it's unimportant that he lied about representing the rival candidate. The Court was unimpressed with Sussmann's pile of crap.

"Sussmann, with Perkins Coie, at the time was representing both the Clinton campaign and Rodney Joffe, a technology executive who was promised a position in the government when Clinton won the 2016 election." Ooof!

The FBI and the CIA both deemed the data they provided and the claims they made to be false. "Sussmann sat before the House panel and told members that he received the Trump-Russia information from a client, whom he indicated was not the Clinton campaign. He also said he did not go to the FBI and CIA on his own volition but was directed by his client to go to the agencies and hand over the information."

Durham has completed the presentation of his case to the jury.
