Thanks to Gingrich and Kasich and their budgets and tax reform and welfare reform which continued and enhanced even more through the Bush43 administration and that recovery which got us back on track with full employment, rising LFPR, rising incomes, soaring revenues and miniscule deficits? You have choice here which is it another Obama/Biden/Dem or a Bush/Rep?

Yep, and Trump lost the popular vote TWICE. If any election was stolen, it was Hillary's in 2016 (not that I'm endorsing her). The electoral college ignored the people's choice yet again. In fact, since 1988, only once (in 2004) did a Republican candidate win the popular vote.

The GOP even admits that the party's best (if not only) hope for assuring the Presidential seat lies in the preservation of the electoral college:

“From a purely partisan perspective, Republican presidential candidates have won the national popular vote only once in the last 32 years. They have therefore depended on the electoral college for nearly all presidential victories in the last generation. If we perpetuate the notion that Congress may disregard certified electoral votes — based solely on its own assessment that one or more states mishandled the presidential election — we will be delegitimizing the very system that led Donald Trump to victory in 2016, and that could provide the only path to victory in 2024.” [SOURCE]

Business-as-usual establishment-Democratic party politics is always better than unbridled tinpot dictator insanity.

With that said, I am calling Biden's administration a "disaster" primarily because of his handling of the fake "Covid" issue.

This fake "pandemic" has been Biden's dilemma because he's uninformed about the flawed science that led to the fantasy called "viruses". It's unfortunate that he (like all other politicians) have bought into this hoax. Biden would've had a much better administration if he ignored the CDC, rejected mandatory masks, lock-downs & quarantines, and also blocked the production & sale of vaccinations and "Covid treatments". But both parties still believe in the virus hoax & promote measures to fight infectious diseases. Even Trump promoted vaccinations & medical drugs to fight the fake virus, helping to fuel this hoax. As long our so-called "leaders" continue to allow the CDC (what Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. called a "vaccine company") to maintain this stranglehold on the country by perpetuating this fear of "germs" & promotion of toxic vaccines & drugs, the country's population will become sicker & sicker while the medical industry gets richer & richer.

Aside from this, Biden did reverse many of Trump's anti-environmental/pro-corporate policies, placing greater emphasis on green technologies, cutting emissions & other climate change measures. Just in his first week alone in office he issued more than 36 executive actions, many of which reversed/stopped actions taken by Trump. The following page lists all of Biden's 60 executive orders issued during his first 100 days.[LINK]
    https://www.cnn.com/interactive/2021/politics/biden-executive-orders/

Biden and his family are also not a bunch of grifters like Trump & family.

Even Lindsy Graham stated that Biden is "as good a man as God ever created" and "the nicest person I think I've ever met in politics."

By contrast, numerous notable/rich politicians & news people openly despised Trump before he was voted into office, but changed their tune after he became President once they realized he would be great for their career & pocket book. Even Tucker Carlson called Trump the "single most repulsive person on the planet" and a "wacko" back in 1999. In 2015 on CNN, Lindsey Graham stated, “There’s only one way to make America great again. Tell Donald Trump to go to hell.” Here is a video compilation of Graham's hypocracy/flip-flopping position on Trump -
Bill Barr has stated that Trump is an "unhinged maniac", self-indulgent, lacks self control. Barr noted the absurd lengths Trump took to push the "stolen election" claim which led to the Jan 6 riot, and that he stopped listening to his advisors, becoming manic, unreasonable, and off the rails. Yet Barr admitted that he'd still 100% vote for Trump if he was the GOP's nominee only because he fears the Progressive agenda.

Mitch McConnell seemingly hates Trump with a passion. On McConnell, Michael Wolff in "Landslide" wrote. "The Republican leader's view of Trump was as virulent as the most virulent liberal's view: Trump was ignorant, corrupt, incompetent, unstable."

And Democrats weren't the only ones who wanted to oust Trump in the 2020 election. There were plenty of Republicans too. Check out the following article.

Revenge of the Never Trumpers: Meet the Republican Dissidents (The Republican Voters Against Trump, or RVAT) Fighting to Push Donald Trump Out of Office [LINK]

RVAT also has their own website - www.rvat.org - with the front page logo: “Donald Trump is not representative of the Republican Party that I fell in love with.” And state the following on their site:

"Republican Voters Against Trump is a coalition of Republicans, former Republicans, conservatives, and former Trump voters who do not support Donald Trump."

The RVAT project is aimed at amplifying the voices of this critical group of voters. Despite the president’s claims that he has the total support of the party, there are millions of voters who used to be reliable Republicans but are disgusted by the Trump administration. Some are upset about the skyrocketing debt. Others about how he has debased the office. Some wish he would pursue a more humane immigration policy. Others are disappointed that he hasn’t kept his promises. No matter the reason, they are united in wanting the country to move on from this deeply un-American presidency."

It appears that Trump, as the mob leader of America's Right-wing crazies, poses such a threat to the nation's stability (what remains of it) that even his former supporters are so scared of him regaining the Presidential seat that they felt the need to launch this website.

When Trump was President, Trumpers in this forum were constantly referring to Obama and Clinton in their attempt to defend & distract from Trump. I'm not defending Biden, simply because he's an establishment Democrat & also because he's bought into the "Covid" hoax which has been disastrous for him, but rather pointing out the hypocrisy of Trumpers (and most of the GOP), such as this OP. The OP is the pot calling the kettle black.

With that said, you gotta admit it: "Distracted and incompetent" sure fits Trump better than any other President we've had.

    (1) "Higher spending", as you like to label it, means an increase in funding in programs that have often been underfunded, but essential. While at the same time it would (SHOULD) mean a drastic reduction (or elimination) in funding programs that are less- or non-essential. Billionaires hate "increased spending" by Democrats because it usually means more money for social programs & environmental protections, and less money for corporate welfare, fewer tax cuts, fewer bailouts, reduced subsidies, more regulations, and less defense spending. On the other hand, they love increased spending by Republicans because it means just the opposite.

    (2) "Anti-business" measures are OK and necessary. Capitalism denotes an anti-life agenda because it is parasitic, and is the very reason why the American empire is already nearing collapse after only a few short centuries. Private business interests should not take precedence over the well-being of the nation's people & its resources. The needs of the many should always outweigh the needs of the few. But billionaires will tell you otherwise because any program that benefits all people results in less/no profits for the few who cannot have enough & want it all.

    (3) "Anti-growth" measures are also OK and necessary. We should not be focusing on "economic growth", but rather creating a nation of people that are healthy, educated, content, and thriving. This fixation on capitalism, growth, and maintaining "competitiveness" in the global market-place is destructive and unnecessary. We have the manpower, resources, and technology to be a positive example to the rest of the world (as can any other nation) without having to meddle in the affairs of other nations. Right now the U.S. still remains THE major source of global instability, insecurity, and perpetual conflict.

Who said in every way? Trump was worse in every possible way.

Biden has been a disappointment in two primary ways: (1) handling of the fake "pandemic" (both parties bought into the virus hoax), and (2) for continuing business-as-usual establishment politics.

Many on the Left wanted a more progressive candidate to win the Presidential seat. However, they also knew that most Americans are still too primitive (and brainwashed) in their thinking to accept progressive changes. Their only hope of ousting Trump, therefore, was to side with an establishment Democrat.

Trump drew out millions of America's crazies and they're refusing to return to their caves. This do-whatever-you-like-because-you'll-get-away-with-it mob mentality has also transformed the GOP into the party of fascism. Both the millions of crazies and the opportunistic GOP want nothing less than a return to antebellum times.

    That's the legacy of Trump.

Other than that, Trump is of no import, significance or benefit to the needs of the nation itself.

I disagree it seems the only complaints the left have about him are on the basis of personality and whatever hoaxes they cooked up.

All that really matters in 2024 is how many people like me vote and how many people like you vote.
I disagree he's disappointing in many ways.

Giving money to the Ukraine when we need it here proposing build back better and wasting money on that. Taking credit for a reduction in the deficit when he failed to pass his moronic build back better plan not a reduction in deficit you just failed to waste money.

Completely mishandling Afghanistan just to deny Trump of victory who cares if people die.

And the latest standing on the top of corpses of children in Texas to preach about idiotic gun control.
Not enough of the left wanted a progressive candidate to win because they had the opportunity they denied him they denied several of them in favor of Biden.

I just don't think there are that many progressives.

Progress seems to only be movement towards Utopia and what Utopia is is non-existent that's what that word means.

Seems progressives went to progress us right off of a cliff into a fiery death. I'm happy most Americans realize this.

sounds like they also labeled the Republican part as being "extreme"

they are saying both parties are failing us, and it happened long before Biden, under Trump as well

I would say it's more about who doesn't vote.

I think after the 2020 fiasco people are going to be watching a lot harder.

Yeah there's hope. Don't go quietly into the line.

Remember people went to war against the British empire for freedom. A ragtag group of fur trappers and farmers.

You're completely ignoring the litany of violations of office & public trust. He's also emphatically incompetent, a moron, a grifter (as are his kids), a deceiver, a malignant narcissist, a pathological liar, a sexual deviant (accused of assaulting 25 women), an attention whore, a hater & bigot, a tax waster (for personal benefit) --- essentially, as Noam Chomsky labeled him, a "tinpot dictator."
I don't vote. When Americans are ready for progressive ideas, their so-called "leaders" will follow suit.
I rest my case. Like I said, business-as-usual establishment politics.
Well, there's a difference between the Congressional Left (Democrats) and the public Left. The former (with the exception of a few) are mostly like Biden --- establishment politicians who support some necessary social programs, but not so much that we begin to resemble European & Scandinavian nations. They're still protective of their pocket-book & career, and will continue to kiss corporate ass.

The public Left, on the other hand, are more accepting of drastic progressive policies. And, as would be expected, such progressives/independents tend to be more passive than America's Right-wing crazies. In both U.S. politics & social circles, the squeaky wheel gets all the oil.
There are millions, but their voices are drowned out by the constant drone of billionaire & corporate propaganda.
Progressive policies have nothing to do with creating a Utopia. If you want to create a Utopia you would have to eliminate all parasitic elements, such as capitalism & the monetary system (something all nations should do if they wish to prosper).

Progressives aren't proposing the elimination of a monetary system or capitalism. Rather, they support free education, universal healthcare, affordable housing, maternity leave, unions, a livable wage, green energy/technologies & research, strong environmental regulations & clean-up measure, and an end to foreign wars/meddling (which would likely include shutting down our 800 bases in 80 countries), among other things.
I don't see progressive nations like the Scandinavian & European nations falling into a fiery death. But I see the U.S. doing so. The reason is simple: America allows billionaires to dictate domestic & foreign policy.

You don't see that because they're not progressive. People lie and say they're socialist expecting no one to do a tiny bit of Internet research to disprove that to try and save that this system of failure doesn't fail every single time.

It's probably best not to bring up that lie with someone like me who knows better.

They certainly are progressive if you wish to compare them to the U.S. Even Canada is more progressive, but not as much as the Nordic & European nations. The citizens of these nations receive far greater returns (benefits) for the taxes that they pay than do Americans.

Glad you acknowledge that he was just a catalyst & useful idiot and was never a viable & competent leader, and that's he no longer relevant.

This should end all defenses of Trump's so-called "administration."
