Actually the 1/6 Committee’s task IS to look forward to codify each step of the electoral process to insure this does not happen again. Sure. Part of the process is going to be unsettling for many: who, what, where, when, how.

Unfortunately it’s not a step that can be skipped no matter how intolerable or inconceivable it may be for many.

Now it shouldn’t be difficult to muster a little empathy here for them. With exception to a lucky few, who hasn’t placed their faith in, pushed their chips in on something or someone and been burned? It’s devastating. Keep that in mind.

Also, keep in mind that ANYONE with relevant information can tell their story under oath to the Committee. There’s no rationalization wiggle room on this point: if you’ve got it give it.

To the OP’s Q, there is nothing conceivable at this point that would change my mind but I’m open to anything relevant. I must admit my tolerance for irrelevant rationalization is nil and simply won’t engage it. There’s too much at stake.

Okay, so what would credible evidence look like to you? To me, if there is nothing to show massive fraud enough to sway the outcome of an election, then the only voter fraud are the usual minor few voting for dead relatives and suchlike.

My view is that the left wing media spent four years smearing Trump and conditioning the populace to vote accordingly. And they did. I know this is true. So what's to change?

Well, my description of hypothetical "credible evidence" was back here in post #2. It's too long to repeat the whole thing again, but the big one was all the hand recounts. If the hand counts had turned out to be repeatedly and drastically different from the machine counts, I would have considered that credible evidence of fraud going on somewhere.

Since that didn't happen, I'm more or less where you are. I don't see any credible evidence of fraud on a larger scale, certainly not enough to shift the result in any state, much less the whole contest.
