    ......gesundheit.......

.....so what was wrong with the other countries they sauntered through on their merry way to blighty via France....hmmm....why not pop into some local police station in Italy or Austria or Monaco and announce their arrival and swap addresses and bank details and fill out the standing order for the social security cash....then potter off to the local laundromat and swish the t-shirt through the rinse cycle?

What do your 5 years of diligently reading stack of books say about wandering vagrants pitching up willy nilly on the shores of Kent....my cat and I await your learned response....mi'lud

...no we won't....otherwise the Thos Cook & Sons flight to sunny Rwanda would have been a ringing success with bookings through the summer and beyond

    Yes, we will.
Legislation to revert the 1998 law that gave legal primacy to Strasbourg human rights courts over UK courts has begun.

The primacy of our own law is to be returned to us.

    :D...oh no we won't....

That presupposes that upon deliberation courts will not add weight to law and precedent handed down in previous cases or what the tests will be in the definition of any new legislation.
Anyway as you say....let's wait and see

All of those will ultimately be issues for our own courts to decide in the near future.
I don't promise they will return the verdicts that you prefer.

Although if this last week is anything to go by, they might well.
