When the alert popped up on my screen, the very first thought I had was "Wow, I wonder why he hasn't been assaulted before now." I don't mean like he **should** have been but given the discord and toxicity Orange Jesus has set back the country with, it's shocking this is the first time he's been confronted in public (that's been reported anyway), especially in New York.

I lost a family member in 9/11 and I don't care how wonderful his reputation used to be. Anybody that stands with Orange Satan isn't okay in my book. That's the antithesis to everything we are supposed to stand for. At least the other whores were smart enough to get paid for bending over for the Stain.

The company should, at least, fire the employee if the company doesn't want bad publicity. Or, maybe, any possible shopper at the market should be wary if their political opinions contradict those of the employees of the market?

I don't think it was serious enough to involve the justice system unless Giuliani was injured in some way.

An old definition of freedom goes something like, 'The right for you to swing your arm ends where my nose begins.' Accepting the reports as correct, that was violated. The extant law should be applied unless the victim decides not to press charges.

I think it was a light tap, although the intent was physical intimidation. I guess it's up to Giuliani to declare if this light tap has caused him physical pain and/or emotional trauma.

I think the worker should receive the same punishment that he would receive if he had patted a coworker or friend or manager on the back in the same way. There shouldn't be a different law and a different punishment just because Giuliani's a 'celebrity'
