The people are the same. Illegal immigration is a result of our laws being inadequate to deal with our immigration. That is why we have some type of amnesty program every 20 years. Most legal immigrants were at some point here illegally.

When it’s available it costs more and sometimes it doesn’t exist at all. That’s what happens when countries get to play by different rules. We have human rights here. In China and most of Asia and some of central and South America there are few or no human rights laws at all. And every multinational business is guilty, no matter how Left or woke they claim to be. Apple and Disney, darlings of the Left, are the biggest hypocrites of all:)

exactly, that is why except for natural resources like oil, we should have high tariffs that level the playing field for American workers

finite resources like oil, we should try to use other countries up first, save ours for our children, but the right don't care about our children unless they are in the womb... hypocrites

LMAO…it’s precious that you said that with a straight face.
There isn’t a single thing that right wingers won’t use as a political football in their delirious attempts to own the libs.

So emptying out the strategic reserves right now is a good thing? By the way, we had so much oil we were selling it, before Covid…when the bad man was in charge. Now we’re begging for it. What possibly happened? What’s different? We could have been producing so much more than we are right now, but gotta be Green. We’re still greener than most countries, far better than any comparable to our size. But who cares. We need more solar panels that people can’t afford.

Sorry. But a tweet “expecting and hoping” something happens means NOTHING and doesn’t discount that we were selling oil to other countries. Are you denying we were selling oil instead of begging for it like we are now? WTF are you arguing about, a tweet from Trump of him riffing?

Remember when Jussie Smollett faked a hate crime on himself and left-wing posters not only bought it hook, line, and sinker, but they also used it as a political football in a delirious attempt to own the right - as they always do?

    Pepperidge Farm remembers.

    He isn’t.

The left has become angry over losing the culture war in so many key areas that divisive behavior has become the status quo.

Has any one noticed how the media and politicians are still talking about the Texas school shooting but this story pretty much died a quick death?

Mass deaths, no matter how they occur, usually generate stories for weeks or months. Look what happened with just one fentanyl addicted counterfeiter.

If this mass murder had occurred on the streets of Chicago…no, scratch that.

If this mass murder had occurred on the streets of St. Louis…forget I said that, too.

If this mass murder occurred in a Walmart democrats and liberals would be screaming for new laws, new confiscations, new reductions in rights, and they would allot billions of dollars to do it.

It is just so bizarre to me. How is it that everything is Biden's fault but NOTHING is ever Trump's fault? /smdh

Gee Biden opens the border and we are supposed to blame Trump? Note: 2022 is on pace to DOUBLE 2021 numbers..... the numbers this year dwarf any two previous years in American history. Why are you talking about blame anyways? This is what the left wants. The left wants to destabilize America and there is no better way to do it than this. If thousands of migrant women get raped and hundreds of migrants die that is a small price to pay for the demolition of America. 3rd world countries aren't going to build themselves, they need millions of unskilled people looking for handouts.

Don't worry, if Trump wins in 2025, it will reverse. Dems will blame Trump for everything bad and Trump et al will blame Biden/dems/China/easter bunny, etc
Just like how it was 2017-2020

I don't understand partisanship. It makes no sense to me. It just seems counterintuitive to me. I really, really don't like the magnitude of the hatred and animosity I've witnessed and experienced here and on other political forums.

I try to live my life by finding commonalities with others instead of differences and reasons to reject others. Fortunately, I know people that feel the same way I do so my physical life connections are much more positive, goal-oriented and complementary. We all believe in treating others with kindness and, even if we can't help, we purpose to not harm.

I posted on PF at least twice about the Trump's mid year stunt of deploying National Guard troops to the SW border but keeping them 100 miles from the border with unloaded guns. So yes, but so what? Trump is not our current President. Biden is the President and he is currently responsible for illegals swarming into the country. Stop with the Trump whataboutism and tell us what you think about Biden's performance with respect to the border. WTF is Biden doing to control the border?

Here's the thing, there's some 220+ countries in the world, including several on their border. Since Leave in Mexico is now turned down by the Court, I want to go back to what the conservative status quo pre-Trump was: Demand that these migrants flee to the country CLOSEST to their borders.

It's simple, there's nothing that can turn away asylum rights, but there's nothing that says that we and only we must take in refugees. In a 'democratic society', they have to share the wealth of this burden.

I believe that these refugees are a resource, and the US benefits from taking them in.

Some have been brainwashed to believe that they are a drain on our system, but that is just total nonsense. We are the drain on our system, not refugees.

Well MJ, you weren't here when the news of the day was all about illegal immigrants at the border where families were separated and people were in cages and suchlike - and that was all Trump's fault, even when it was shown this was happening under Obama. I can even quote you saying so, AJ. And if you look at the Jussie Smollett thread I referenced above, the same thing happened - everything was Trump's fault, even when it categorically wasn't. Heck, he even got blamed for feeding koi fish wrong when he wasn't. So I'm gonna haveta say you're wrong here.

Now, did Biden specifically plan stuff at the border to arrange this to happen? Heck, the imbecile is currently suffering from mid-range Alzheimer's, he doesn't even know where his hookers and blow are until Hunter points them out to him. But is he responsible because it happened under his watch? It sure is, so yeah it IS his fault. Much as how we had posters howling at the Moon blaming Trump for everything under the Sun even before he was sworn in - and are still blaming him even now.
