    I am “telling” what the individual from the OP was speaking of.
    As for the disruptions to the market from the Ukraine war, I didn’t know the right was still trying to deny this — I thought it had mostly been agreed to as being a contributing factor. Guess not.

    The slow walking of permits, the regulatory handicapping of refineries, the ceaseless demonizing of an industry that we desperately need, the federal-funded indoctrination of Generation Butthurt by prog universities. These things and more are being done intentionally by communist knob-gobbling Democrats who cannot exist unless a majority of citizens are too poor to control their own destiny.     Please define what you think liberal (intentional small l) World Order means to you?

    To me it means democracy and freedom vs. autocracy, fascism and exploitation. To me the comment was taking the Ukraine invasion by Russia in the context that the oil corps were exploiting/profiting greatly from the tragedy. Almost like price gouging in the run up to a hurricane.

    Biden's #1 priority was climate change. He sees it as the major threat to us and thus his agenda to "save" us involves shutting down the fossil fuel industry. He campaigned on it. The rising gasoline prices is what he wants in order to push us into EV. Never mind that the infrastructure of our country doesn't even come close to supporting it. Solar panels and windmills won't work for all the energy needs we have.
