5 dead, 16 hospitalized in mass shooting at Highland Park 4th of July parade, shooter being sought

    Five people were killed and 16 others wounded when a gunman started shooting 10 minutes after the Highland Park Fourth of July parade kicked off Monday morning, authorities said.
    Shortly after noon, the Highland Park police said it remained an “active incident” and urged people to stay away.

    Disheartening that anyone would shamelessly decide to politicize an active mass shooting, a national tragedy, attempting to gain some sick partisan advantage. What the hell is wrong with them?

    My heart goes out to all.
    RIP to those who lost their lives today. The total is now six deceased. :(

    They have to determine Trump's alibi before they identify a suspect.

    They are taking this wall to wall on radio coverage in Dallas. They didn't even come close to this when over 50 were killed in my state by human traffickers.

    Everything is political nowadays, especially if Trump is still a household name. Thunderous cheer will erupt by the left if the shooter(s) are white.

    Just think of all "those precious little lives" they want to force upon females that don't have an ounce of sense of responsibility to protect and guide them so they are giving society somebody that respects themselves and others.

    Why aren't those people here screaming for answers? Do these "precious little lives" not matter? Is it because they are "separate" but equal (BS) or they don't count because they aren't attached to an umbilical cord? Or, because it's Chicago, we can shrug it off like the millions of COVID deaths?

    What are the "rules" for today (since it seems to change based on factors that have nothing to do with *life* or *death*).

    Cue..."thoughts and prayers" (when they are praying for all the people they hate to die violently in their inside voices).

    A rifle was recovered. So far, 24 injured, 6 dead
