Electors are bound by law to vote the way they do. The only reason to replace them is to install a slate that will vote contrary to law. This is ridiculous on its face, but Trump is no genius.

Having to treat someone as if he were innocent legally until he is adjudged guilty has no relationship to their actual guilt or innocence. No court will give a finding of innocent, they only acquit defendants. That's a presumption made mostly to put the burden of proof on the state to prove guilt. It's not intended to be a statement equivalent to "Well, we can't prove X's guilt so he must be innocent." For instance O. J. Simpson was acquitted of murder, not because he was actually innocent but because the state failed to prove its case. The civil trial demonstrated that. Presumption of innocence until guilt is proven is a legal principle, not a social one. It doesn't have a lot to do with political belief either as far as I can tell: Sophie Scholl actually did what the Nazis accused her of. Totalitarianism is about what is forbidden and the penalties involved, not so much the justice system.

Trump's activities surrounding the election of 2020 appear to have been illegal on their face. He appears to have known it and continued anyway.

Right. Mexico has yet to master ladder or shovel technology.

The wall has more added features than just steel and cement... you are fooling yourself if you think it is just that easy... a lot of technology comes with it that will allow a response time by the Border Patrol...

The border wall has been breached more than 3000 times, not counting the people who have gone around. There is about 2000 miles of US/Mexico border and about 20,000 border control agents. Even if they were all allocated to southwestern border security, how fast do you think they could respond to a given breach? Add in the number of people who fly into major cities and simply overstay their visas. A border wall is not a real solution to this problem. Given that about $15 billion was spent on it, I'd call the 15 miles of new primary barrier an expensive fantasy. For those who advocate a small gov't, this would be the place to make a start I would think. It's a prime example of an expensive and ineffectual program.

Yes, that's why the campaign for them not to install Trump was criminal and treasonous. Yes I believe OJ is guilty too but he was found innocent in a court of law and released. By contrast Trump is innocent by law and innocent in fact, on their face there was no illegality and his opponents have spent 6 years trying to prove him guilty and failing.

I think that bill includes "Release more criminals without bail, and Pi$$ on more cops."

Not to mention the massive government assistance these deadbeat oil companies receive. This spirit of patriotism is dead with the oil companies:
