So, If im in prison for a crime related to prohibition, I escape, and flee state lines to a state that has no such laws? This person is now allowed to re-enter the state he escaped from?

Which part of the constitution states that committing murder in one state, absolves you of the wrong doing just because you left state lines? These states are declaring abortion murder. Once that happens, you are not allowed to travel outside the state to kill some one then return to your home. Correct, or incorrect?

Which just puts us back to where the Supreme Court ruled against anti-abortion laws in the 1960s ... the laws were only being applied to poor people who couldn't travel to areas where abortions were legal. Unequal application of the law. Read the original Justices reasonings for the decision in Roe v Wade.

Like the other link, from another poster, that is a letter to a law firm who paid for either travel to another state for an abortion or the abortion itself for someone else. That is not restricting a woman’s right to travel.

I have heard that Republican law makers want to make it illegal for a woman to seek abortion out of state. I can't remember where though so I can't post a link.

It may not be constitutional to stop women from leaving a state, but Republicans will push for it anyway, and it might stand up in court because Trump packed a lot more courts than just the Supreme Court with activist judges.

 

Nah it would be conspiracy to terminate a pregnancy.
