Yes, it's humorous. That's why this thread belongs in the satire forum, because the Biden's are a joke. But there is no evidence that he was being ironic. If he was joking, surely, they would indicate so. For example, if he were being tongue-in-cheek, they would have framed his quote to indicate so. For example, they could have framed that same quote as so:

Or they could have phrased it other ways, such as "laughed Biden," "Biden joked," A bunch of ways that they could have written it to ensure the reader that he was not being sincere. But they didn't. You have no evidence--none--that he was joking. That quote came from an LA Times article, not Yellowhammer News. Were he joking, I'm pretty sure the Democrat-supporting LA Times would phrase it so.

Just like all Democrats, she was pandering. Here's a hint for Doctor Jill Biden, the most doctor of all doctors, if you're going to pander, at least do so correctly. The fact that she doesn't understand how to pronounce the word "bodega," which is not some esoteric word, clearly indicates that she doesn't really care about the community to which she was pandering. It was all "let me say some nice words and you vote Democrat, okay?"

What's even sadder is that Jill Biden did not stop Joe Biden from running for president, given his mental state. You are suggesting that he was being humorous. When asked what evidence you are basing that on, you simply state a general truism about how humor is sometimes subtle, which is not evidence that he was being ironic, even in a subtle way. And do you know why you have to say that? Well, it's because you don't have any evidence that he was joking. None. If he was joking, even in a subtle way, the LA Times could frame the quote in a way that would indicate that, such as saying "joked Biden," "laughed Biden," or "said Biden sarcastically," etc., etc. You have none of that. You are making a baseless claim, and you're doubling and tripling down on it. This is pathetic, and humorous. Again, this thread so deserves to be pinned in the Humor & Satire subforum, and each post you make is evidence of that.
