The first thing to do would be to actually call them out on it in a public fashion. Shine the light where it needs to be shined. Ignoring the problem won’t do a dang thing. Don’t let them March in our streets demanding reparations while ignoring their culture of violence, street gangs, and murder. If they want to be recognized as a group then bring out all their group traits.

Yet that fraction of a percent is a much larger fraction in the black community than any other demographic in America. Blacks in America want to be classified as black. They want to run numbers on there deaths by cops as a whole demographic, or numbers on employment by their whole demographic, or numbers on college acceptance, commercial showings, actors in movies, and all those numbers. But when it comes to the murder rate, graduation rate, literacy rate, crime rate, and STD rate they don’t want that representative of their demographic… why is that

 

Hollywood and corporate America reward them and concluded that more reward, higher black representation, would lead o less crime. How's that working out?

McDonald's fries used to be much better when they fried them in pure beef tallow.

Then around 1995 everyone started getting all this health crazy thing and they decided that frying things in beef fat was no longer healthy.... So now they fry them in partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. And they suck.
