There are illegal, criminal forms of speech. But is Jones even facing a prison sentence? I thought this was a civil defamation case? Regardless, no, defamation is not protected speech, and you can face penalties for engaging in defamation.

It is indeed a defamation case and yes that is the remedy for speech that is a lie. Not prison time.

This is an accountability moment for trafficking in defamation for profit. Unfortunately for Jones he’s going to be made the poster boy example of it. And it’s going to reach far beyond this trial.

His attorneys turned over two years worth of texts and emails apparently inadvertently and did not claw them back when presented the opportunity.

That’s how they know he committed perjury in this case beyond the repeated admonitions from the judge about his truthfulness.

This phase of the trial was about credibility. He’s not credible. He’s toast.

J-6 Committee wants those emails and texts because they line-up with his testimony to them and also with who he was communicating with 1/6 and before. Something may shake out from that misplay by his legal team. He appears to have a problem with the truth.

Hopefully he’ll get a hammering and it will pay dividends in clearing up our airwaves in the not too distant future. Recklessly lying for profit will not be so profitable.

This really is a sort of nonsense victory because when Alex Jones said wasn't criminal.

The bottom dwelling media has exploded with this I did a Google search and there's like two or three thousand pages and I gave up all bottom feeder media talking about this as though it was a story.

 

Perjury is a crime and he was caught red handed today. Too damn funny watching him literally pouring sweat while on the stand.

And he was caught showing his current judge burning on his website. LOL!

His own lawyer "accidentally" sent the prosecutor all of Jone's text messages. OMG this is pure comedy.

If somebody doesn't end up killing him, Jones will probably commit suicide. They are going to hang this SOB.

What evidence do you have that he "purposefully" agitated people to attack others? I haven't seen evidence of this, but I haven't followed the case that closely.
