    Not to mention all those Republican officeholders and Trump regime insiders who gave sworn, corroborating testimony against him.

    He never did anything wrong, and everybody (except his weird worshipers), including so many of the "best people" he appointed, are so mean to him!

    He did the right thing. The NY AG is corrupt, democrats are corrupt, the FBI is corrupt.

    I was not a big Trump fan, but now I'm 100% for Trump. If he runs, I'll donate to his campaign and volunteer to work it.

    And if he wins (if democrats don't steal it again) then I hope he totally dismantles the FBI & DOJ, fires the top 4 levels of every department, fires every single political appointee, abolishes the Dept of Education & Commerce & HHS & EPA & OSHA.

    81,000,000 people did not vote for Biden*.

    Its fine to criticize Trump, I criticize him frequently. I think his first term was a failure in large part because of his own actions.

    Doesn't change the fact the democrats are corrupt, and the people that support them are corrupt (although some are just brainwashed).

    Actually that is not the way it works in civil courts. You are required to sit for a deposition.

    Of course, you are permitted to plead the fifth, but in a civil court that can be taken as evidence of wrongdoing.

    There's one bright spot: If Trump's in prison, they'll have to find a new pinata. I'm completely confident in the left's ability to find a pinata. Governing, not so much but finding pinata's they are beyond experts.

    The DA dropped it with HIS grand jury. They were going after his business dealings. She RAN FOR OFFICE on the premise she would nail a private citizen, she targeted a private citizen. So she, unable to file another criminal charge, went the civil route.

    Do you have the same rights in civil process as a crimninal process yes or no?

    Why? I have pointed out specifically that this is civil because the State AG cannot peruse criminal charges the DA does that and that investigation went nowhere.

    Do you have the same rights in a civil proceeding as a criminal proceeding? Yes or no?

    You have the same right to plead the 5th. But a civil court can take that into consideration and a criminal court can't. Not sure how these elementary concepts are still lost on you.

    Yep. And it was entirely expected. This has been investigated for years and they have found nothing and it's a stupid attempt anyway about these valuations for entirely different purposes.
