Trumps attorney was just interviewed. She was at Mar a lago, was refused to allow her to witness the service of the warrant and they refused to give her a copy of the warrant.

There really is very little "radical left" in America of any real significance. Compared to most of the rest of the free world, even America's most left leaning parts would be considered center-right from a policy perspective. When Trump says "radical left" I think he really means "anybody that dissagrees with me or has compromising knowledge I'd rather they didn't look deeper into or share".

Trump's full of hyperbole. He has allegedly been involved in various misdeeds and is being investigated for them. He can afford good counsel so, if he's innocent, all he needs to do is sit back and ride it out.

I do wonder why his counsel were in talks with DOJ prior to the warrant search?

It makes a HUGE difference. If a former President of the United States can have a judge approve a lawful raid of his property than what's stopping them from raiding you or my property, or maybe even seizing any citizens at any given time?

 

The point you're missing is that Biden (and or pretty much any other President in history -Nixon possibly excepted- left or right) gets that it's not his DOJ or FBI, it's ours!

Trump was very quick to refer to what he called "my generals" and thought (for example) that Comey and the FBI and others should be in the bag for him personally.

Just because Trump has an open record of viewing and trying to treat America's civil and military organizations as his personal henchmen doesn't mean that all (or any) other Presidents have seen things the same way.

 

SOMEONE has to pay for the ILLEGALS he's letting into our country. And as usual it will be the middle class.

 

Doesn't a sealed warrant simply mean it is not available in the public records until released? I think they have to serve a warrant when they searched the residence. That warrant tells Trump what the warrant is for and what they can access. I think they have to leave them a copy. The DOJ will not make it public but Trump can. Here is a story in the New York Post which claims the Trump team will not release a copy of the warrant.

Not only do they have to show him a warrant to enter the premises they have to leave a copy of the warrant with him. Trump is allowed to release the warrant to the public if he wants to.

 

It is extremely hilarious that some on this forum can't see that this yet another attempt to stop President Trump from running again.
