Alex Jones ordered to pay $45.2M to parents of Sandy Hook victim

I didn't leave anything out. Im asking you if you can cite what you're talking about.

For example, Jones claims both in his broadcasts and in court (where it would be purjory) that he never mentioned the names of the folks sueing him until after the lawsuits were filed. I've not seen any evidense to the contrary, nor have I seen any evidense that he's directly targetted any victims of the shooting at all.

You say its a crime when victims are directly targetted. Can you demonstrate which victims were directly targetted by Jones? Did he name or otherwise identify any of them?

If not, then theres literally zero difference between what Jones said and the people who say, for example, '9/11 was an inside job', and Jones is just being used to set precedent to criminalize the broadcast of any and all conspiracy theories, which is a fundamental breach of the 1A.
