Trumps attorneys (and others) have made a motion to make the warrant public and the judge has ruled in their favor telling the DOJ they have to make the warrant public by Monday.

The problem is, Halligan claim is irrelevant. A sealed warrant does not mean the person who the warrant is served to cannot see it. It means it is not available in the public record.

Has she claimed she hasn't seen the warrant? I watched the clip and it she says she was barred from entry when she arrived. The warrant would have been served when the FBI entered the premises. The FBI has no obligation to wait for the lawyer to arrive before the search. Imagine if that is how search warrants worked the drug dealer can just say wait for my attorney while I flush the drugs. She was probably free to enter the premises and view the warrant after they were done the search.

She stated she was not provided the warrant which is why she had no idea what they were looking for which would be listed in the warrant.
She came to the property at 10AM, requested to know what was going on, was isolated in a room, and refused to allow to see the warrant.
They were there for 9 hours searching the property.

Garland is about to make a statement. I predict it will be short on details, but at least he can claim he was as transparent as he can be. Now that the search warrant has been executed there's no reason not to fully disclose the affidavit used to get the warrant. It can't possibly jeopardize the investigation.
